Judge just approved the ban, and Wolf. ..Trump didn't fail on the ban, he was cut down at the knees by a leftist judge (twice) that was incapable of following the rules of law and abused their power for politically motivated agendas.
Obama spent his first 4 years on Obamacare and got nearly nothing else done, then conservatives won the house.
Trump is not going to waste valuable time falling into the same failures as obama, instead drop it for time sake and get taxes accomplished while the healthcare bill can be adjusted behind the scene and try again later.
I see taxes, regulations and back to healthcare.
Withe the elections coming up, it would be political suicide for republicans not to pass a tax bill and regulations.

Pass interstate commerce so insurance companies can sell accross state lines, and government grant blocks that expire every two years for evaluation. That's all the government should be doing........maybe investigation into unfair hospital pricing, which could lower premiums as much as 40+%

The judges who ruled against the ban were, with one exception, Obama appointees. The Ninth Circuit Court has had more than 80% of it's rulings that were reviewed by the SCOTUS overturned.
