I realize you are a Liberal and things like reality confuse you; but the fact is that until September 30th, the end of the fiscal year, Trump has to operate mostly within the parameters of Obama's last budget; just like Obama had to operate within the parameters of the last Bush budget the first few months of HIS administration. You will start to see some big changes toward the end of this year and into next year.
OH, yes, the travel ban. You realize the Hawaiian judge was a classmate of Obama's, and he ruled on this new EO after Obama's "unannounced" trip to Hawaii? As for the Ninth Circuit, as soon as their ruling comes in front of SCOTUS, it is toast, just like more than 8 of every ten of their rulings that the SCOTUS has reviewed; either vacated or reversed. Every judge except one who has ruled on the EO has been an Obama or Democrat appointee.
8 US Code 1182(f) gives President Trump unquestioned authority to ban pretty much whoever he wants for whatever reason. That's how Carter, Clinton and Obama banned certain groups of people. Of course, with them being Democrats, the Ninth Circuit had nothing to say.

Border apprehensions, arrests of illegals and deportations are already up. the wall has been partially funded, even though full funding would have to come from next year's budget, which I tried to explain without using too many big words. Taking bids does count, unless you want it built by pulling a name out of a hat at random.

For the life of me I can't figure out why Ryan's radical plan of privatizing Medicare should have been allowed.....RINO Ryan was voted out back with Romney years ago. Travel ban one and two temporarily "quashed" because judge shopping for liberal activist judges by people who are so ignorantly politically correct they care more for potential terrorists than they do for American lives. These ass hole judges have given constitutional rights to foreign nationals in their foreign country and you call this a good thing. Furthermore, he lifted the murderous rules of engagement off our military that was getting them killed. Obama effectively murdered American troops.
