How about the issue: the POTUS siccing his lawyers at a website? Doesn't raise any issues for you? For example, in one of the letters the implication was that it was hurting the Trump brand. Is he POTUS or a CEO of his business empire? Or are the two intertwined?

As I pointed out above, Presidents are often the subject of vicious attacks without fear of retribution. Why is this President allowed to be different?

Trump’s cavalier attitude toward free speech isn’t unique. In fact, it’s a fundamental feature of the political Left. For all its wailing about free speech in the wake of Trump’s election, the media spent eight years enabling and at times encouraging obammy and his administration’s denigration of the First Amendment. Remember obammy's IRS targeting scandal? The IRS targeted more than 400 conservative groups in what will someday, one hopes, be remembered as one of the worst federal scandals in modern times—which is still ongoing, by the way.
