Barack Hussein Obama has committed numerous acts of treason against the United States, the US Constitution and the American people.

Article III, Section 3 of the US Constitution defines treason:

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”

There is no doubt that al Qaeda is an enemy of the United States. When Obama sponsored the military removal of Libyan dictator Muammar Gadhafi, he basically handed the North African nation over to the control of al Qaeda, a sworn enemy of the United States. At the time, an anti-al Qaeda group in exile claimed to have documents proving that Obama gave the nation to the terrorist group.

When Obama supported the military takeover of Egypt and helped to install the Muslim Brotherhood as the rulers of the ancient country, he knew full well that our own nation listed the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.

The Muslim Brotherhood cabinet was inadvertently filmed in a meeting stating that America is an enemy in the same category as Israel. The television broadcast caught Magdi Hussein, the leader of the Islamic Labor Party saying:

“I’m very fond of battles. With the enemies, of course, with America and Israel, but this battle must be waged with maximum judiciousness and calm. Even though this is a secret meeting we must all take an oath not to leak anything to the media unless it is done officially by Sister Pakinam. We need an official plan for popular national security, even if we did …”

Even after this declaration that America was an enemy to be battled, President Obama exempted Egypt from having to comply with the mandatory human rights requirements to receive military aid. This is a clear example of an act of treason.

Congress froze millions of dollars and the sale of fighter jets to Egypt in light of the terrorist activities of the Muslim Brotherhood. Obama took it upon himself to defy Congress and free up $50 million for Egypt along with the sale of 20 fighter jets. This also constitutes an act of treason in aiding and abetting our enemy.

Some consider his trade of 5 top Taliban terrorist leaders for Army deserter Bowe Bergdahl not only illegalbut an act of treason since returning top terrorist leaders could be considered aiding our enemy.

Many conservatives including myself, believe that the Iran nuclear deal that Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry brokered with Iran was an act of treason since it definitely aided a sworn enemy of the United States. Before terms of the deal fully played out, Obama began freeing up hundreds of millions of dollars to Iran along with opening up businesses to trade with companies in Iran. It was evident at the time that Iran was already not living up to the terms of the deal.

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the terms of the deal only brought Iran closer to having nuclear weapons with which Iran vowed to use to destroy the Jewish nation. According the following report, Obama has made Israel’s fears more of a reality:

“Unsatisfied with stoking the fiery cauldrons of Islamic fundamentalism with his weak-kneed response during his eight-year tenure, Barack Obama has now enabled Iran, the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism, to speed ever-closer toward successful attainment of nuclear weapons, approving a secret delivery of roughly 130 tons of uranium for the fundamentalist Iranian regime.”

Yep! That’s right. Obama has agreed to send enough uranium to Iran to allow them to build 10 nuclear weapons.

Iran is still a sworn enemy of the United States and Israel is supposed to be one of our closest allies, yet Obama appears to have once again aided an enemy at possibly the cost of an important ally and ourselves. Obama committed one last act of treason before leaving office.

Barack Obama should be charged, tried, convicted and punished for his many acts of treason against the United States.
