And of the violations against Ms Sause not being able to pray out loud seems a fairly minor one? I mean, the reason given by the police seems bogus--isn't the police shaking down innocen--y when in fact it had nothing to do with the reason the cops were at her door. The woman's civil liberties were clearly violated--and since without the first her praying would never have mattered I would think the concern would be why two cops could shake down little ole ladies not that one stopped her from prayer. And again I have to say, this is Kansas--one of the most conservatives states in our union. You really expect us to believe that this is what is happening there? There is a reason the case was dismissed because if there was anything too it those wheat shuckers would bury those cops in the ground for stopping them from prayer their daily prayer....
