While we're ramping up military expenditures, China is building missile capable islands, how are we going to defend spending fifteen billion dollars on new aircraft carriers, and not mention the equipment, planes and souls on board that will targets for unsinkable islands. We're being strategically out maneuvered while wasting our tax money, while transferring money from the programs that benefit our people and build us as a strong nation. Putting these funds into the hands of the military industrialists, without taking the time to have a good counter strategy.

Good point Morgan... We have spent trillions for our Military over the years instead of infrastructure... While China spent trillions on infrastructure & outmaneuvered us in the South China Sea with a big sand dredge... I'm all for a strong Military but are we getting our moneys worth?... The aircraft carrier replaced the battleship 70 years ago... I hope all the R&D at the tax payers expense pans out or we will suffer the same fate as the USSR did in Afghanistan & 911 is still doing now...
