I saw your blizzard forecast and do hope your prepared.. I mean a year older, a year wiser and all that, right??😜

Now no running naked in the morning just to warm up and for gosh sakes do remember to stay in with the temps predicted..

No viagra for your horse and do bring him in just so there's no mistaking what his issue may be if left out...πŸ˜±πŸŽβ›ˆπŸŒ¨β˜ƒοΈ<<I assume you will make me one. Yes???

Lol, yes, of course I'll make you one, from what I've read the snow is going to be perfect for that. And if there were any truth to the 'year older/wiser thing, I would've listened to AuntiE three years ago and bought a snowblower πŸ˜’

I think maybe I'll take Archie up on his offer, that way I can skip the storm altogether, and my horse will be taken care of. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜†

Best solution go stay with Arch.. just watch out, he's a pretty rowdy one when around horses🐎<<starts out with and finishes with >> 🐴.
Come to think about it Norbert and Noreen may be looking for him to entertain you about it for too.. Those two are a bad influence over their jealousy of his horses..

Thank You for making me a snowman too...

Thank you sir.

Though if one is attempting to procure beer and cake, it's probably wise not to make fun of the follicly challenged. Especially when one is vertically challenged.

Cuz this little cowboy is not afraid to ride 1848 miles...

After much rain delay, Lauren pitched the first and last of the three game series. They won both...the first one 6-2, and the third, 8-0. We lost the middle game, however, 5-0. I watched the movie 'Hacksaw Ridge' with a friend and neighbor tonight. It is a powerful movie. I am now about to hit the sack. Sorry I missed the biggest part of your birthday celebration, WFOC, but I joined in once I arrived back and saw the thread.

Don't get too frisky, lad, on any trip to Texas. A pony ride of that distance can take the starch out of anyone quickly.

I only have one horse now, but he is well bred, well fed, and looks a whole lot livelier than that nag WFOC is starting his trip with!πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸŒπŸ–

WFOC, and I may have a beer while Mrs. B. packs peanut butter, and jelly sammiches for Buster.
We'll take good care of WFOC'S steed while he commits to the epic battle of follicaly challenged vs. a man who is less tall than normal people. Isn't that what he said?

Anyway, I'm working on getting this on pay per view. This should be fun!

Awesome!!! That will certainly help pass the time for this blizzard hitting tonight/tomorrow. I found a pizza that goes great with beer, it's literally called the "Big Mac" pizza..

You may need a couple of those pizzas if you get all the snow that's predicted. We even got a dusting of snow two days ago, so we used that up to keep it from being passed on to you. Every little bit dropped along its path saves it from hitting you. Good luck, and keep warm.

That's awesome!!! And a pretty darn good ERA. Is she a strikeout pitcher, or does she force ground balls and pop-ups?

I watched it with my dad and brothers in Utah. Agreed, very powerful, guess it dispels the notion that pacifists are of no use in battle. Based on a remarkable true story. πŸ‘

No worries my friend, I appreciate your birthday wishes, and the sacrificing of the few minutes sleep for checking in; thanks again.

Lol. I was rather fresh as a youngster (if you can believe that πŸ˜†) and my mom took the starch out very early in life. If I look hard enough, I can still see her hand prints. 😳

That beer sounds like a great idea my friend. How much are you going to charge for the pay-per-view? 😝

Thanks for taking that little bit, it sure helped. We only got maybe 10 inches, it would've been 12 had you helped. What was amazing was the wind, gusts upto 60mph. Around 5pm it got pretty warm, around 37 or so, and it changed over to rain, that's about when I went out to finish shoveling. A couple hours later it changed back to snow and dropped about another 2 inches. So all in all, not so bad.

I'm sorry, I didn't get a chance to build your snowman. The snow was perfect for it too, I was just pooped after shoveling. I figured I could do it the next day but it got so cold and all that wet snow froze solid. I'll see what happens if it ever warms up, lol.

All in all - it probably turned to ice. Fun and games on the road - even trying to stay upright when walking.

Well, with her .54 ERA this week, she won the 'Pitcher of the Week' award. This was her first this year, after winning it six times last year while winning 'Pitcher of the Year' and 'All-Conference' as well as 'All-Region.' Averaging over a strikeout per inning, she is definitely considered a strikeout pitcher. However, she has struggled a bit with an arm injury that is just starting to heal. I would say she also forces a lot of pop-ups and grounders. Overall, the team is struggling with lack of run production and solid defense. Hopefully, with conference play just starting, they will mesh as a team.

That's very impressive, Slatten. I'm sure you're very proud. The injury, was it the rotator cuff? I understand that to be a major issue for softball pitchers; I'm glad she's healing well. Mrs. WFOC had hers scraped about two months ago, going through physical therapy for a few more months, but she's coming along.

I'm confident they'll mesh, odds are in their favor. Wish her the best from the east coast. πŸ‘
