The idea circulating in the media is that someone within the US government requested the wiretaps on Trump Tower. I think this idea is all wrong. I think the wiretaps were a result of someone like Hillary, Obama or George Soros working with outside contractors ( not government employees) to install the wiretap equipment. Checking FISA records will not be able to disclose the person or entity that did the wiretaps without any FISA approval. Who ever did these wiretaps, never though Trump would get elected and never figured that Trump would know he was spied on.

For your information, President Obama couldn't have ordered the wire-tapping. After Nixon and Watergate a law was passed that the President cannot order a wire-tap on ANY U.S. Citizen. People need to check facts before making implications.
