They undoubtedly have a third or they wouldn't be on Americas most powerful bench. The problem as I see it is their eye is in a location that they sit on during court cases and must flush/wipe periodically during the day, eye strain and all I guess. No wonder their lives look like what they do to the Constitution, well crap, guess I better go now.

Hilarious, however, I just read.this to some friends who are visiting for lunch after church. It generated belly laughs all around. This was great except for one friend.

If you saw his build you would see that for him a belly laugh could be fatal.
