RIP Alan Colmes - The last 'Honest Liberal' has just left the realm.
I have said often that Paul Wellstone was the most honest politician as far as I could tell.
Alan Colmes was the most honest liberal commentator.
He loved America, even if his way was twisted.

Ron Paul was the most honest.
Compared to some of the turds like Ellison, Alan was the angel of mercy.

Colmes was a fake liberal.
Watch him rescue Hannity from a debate which Hannity couldn't handle:

Ron Paul
is the most honest.
Wellstone opposed Bush-Cheney's Iraq war.
That's why he's past tense now.
All you folks out there, see the different way we honor a man like Alan Colmesfrom the right of center and the filth that was said about Tony Snow from left of center when he died. Even though I didn't agree with Alan, I still had respect for this man. Never once did I ever say anything bad about the last president's family. It just seems to me that respect no matter the views from the right is never honored.

I never really liked Holmes but considered him funny at times and NOT repulsive.Compared to today's Liberal/Democrat commentators he was by far SANE and Not a nauseating HATER

Dr. Paul opposed it as well. Other politicians called him Dr. No, because he consistently voted 'no' on any legislation that didn't fit with the constitution.

I'm glad someone posted this. Allen Colmes is one Lib I liked. Well, let's just say, I didn't DISlike him. (I wondered sometimes if he was a closet conservative?)
Sometimes I felt like telling him, humorously, "Wipe that smile off your face, Allen". He seemed to me to be concealing something from the rest of us.
Yes, indeed, rest in peace.

Because we're better people than they are.

Bush-Cheney executed 3,000 on 9/11. A few more didn't matter to them.
Fortunately, those in Congress who received the Bush-Cheney anthrax letters didn't open the letters themselves.

The trouble with conspiracy theories, paine, is that they need hard evidence. You don't have that.
I've told you that before.

Haahaah..
Well, after Hiroshima and Nagasaki they had to do something different.

Soft evidence would be an improvement....
Or how about a plausible theory? That would be a nice start...
