CA is a diverse place...ranges from poverty to Ferrari's at every parking meter...there is no usual.....not a good place to stereotype...everyone does everything here the same....from the dirt poor to the filthy rich....there are poor whites sleeping in tents to rich blacks in multi-million dollar mansions and vice versa...stereotyping here would make one look really stupid because they would get a visual contradiction every time they tried that stupid shit. This would be a good social training ground for bigots and racists to see how stupid they are. For example, those who post the pictures with the pants hanging off young black men would see young black med school grads practicing heart surgery and driving Maybach Benzo's that cost 300K.....a real eye-opening experience for a racist hick.

Plenty did, said he was crazy as hell........but he also did not have a violent criminal history his whole life, which is well documented by the very state that cut him loose...yours.......you cannot compare the two, apples and car tires P

Try again, I'm sure there's one out there you can find.

You would, it justifies your position........but unlike the cop killer with the lovelyface tattoos......the white bomber snuck up and did his crime like a little prick, he didn't have 20 yrs of violent crimes in his resume.........the guy you're defending has been on the radar as a hardcore criminal gangster his whole life...let out early on probation, broke probation like 7 timee in 5 months, yet he still walked free on the streets of your state.

I bet the killers family who lost a son, along with the officers family would disagree with your take on the situation....it's called common sense.

If that was one of your brothers getting snuffed by that piece of shit who should be locked up.......you'd be raising hell as to why his ass wasn't locked the hell up, wanting to kill his sorry ass.........with no one to blame but your states idiotic release policy

You took a position with your article, in defending and not blaming the states policy on the release.......you posted it because you agree with it....quit bullshitting the bullshitter already.. .....no one is accusing you of shit, you didn't pull the trigger.

I am not a liar, so quit calling me one.

If you would actualyy try and understand what i stated instead of calling me a liar this converastion would be over.....let me try and simplify this a bit with less rambling on my part...........the bomber boy timmy was not on anyones radar.......the released felon was...and was released due to some insane policy.....

Im not arguing the prick that bombed a bunch of people is any better, killing for no reason is bad regardles.........I m saying the cali boy should have still been locked up....so that should have been prevented at this point in time.......it is the fault of the policy that allowed him to be released, along with him still being free after breaking probation numerous times........and those are the times he was actually caught, he got away with 50 others we don't know about.........

This was preventable no matter how you look at it.

Well there are only two sides of the argument.....so you agree its a stupid policy, he should still be in jail then? This wouldn't have happened, couldn't have happened without the policy of release.??? If not, then you must agree with what the article states in not blaming the policy that made this possible.........which is it?

No one is being dishonest, but you're trying to play both sides it appears.....what do we call that?

Quit calling me names, i have not called you any.......that's how we ended up where we were awhile back......that's twice now, you don't get 3

I posted an article for reviewing...I have no stance on the issue as I do many issues....presenting facts beyond rebuttal is my forte....not presenting debate material where everyone can be right..........

Quit saying I was defending or agreeing....saying so makes you a liar because I said neither.................ask me what I'm doing and don't speak on my behalf with your own facts and I won't call you anything because you will not be speaking for me.........

Thats a deflect....especially since you've done nothing but disagree with my stance....doesn't take a rocket scientist to reach a conclusion....now does it?

Nah, you will just disagree or not, don't use that for an excuse to call names over it.

So we will just disagree and leave it there.......this is going nowhere but downhill.

when I say I don't have a stance I don't have one....so I'm not agreeing or disagreeing with you and you cannot force me to do either...just like with most social issues that do not affect me directly...like gay marriage...not for it or against it.........all I say is what the law allows them to do.......and I support rights.....period......whether I agree personally or not..........
