Of course, this brings lots of loud noises from local and state chambers of commerce. I think that there is a reason for Nestle leaving and it surely isn't anything liberals will accept after seeing what those chambers are saying.

The main reasons are; overtaxed, over regulated and over litigation for spurios reasons. The left in CA isn't happy unless it is bleeding $$ out of industries.
