I have to ask, all I heard while reading this article is that I'm gonna be paying the piper no matter what I/we do! I don't feel that there is any real recourse to big power providers. If they in turn buy up the PV technology such as big oil bought up nicad battery technology, it is gonna be a big, really big problem.
