Being a life-long resident of Illinois, I think I'd argue that point that the citizens of Chicago are worth it. They're the same fools that keep electing the crooks that run the state. Cook and Dupage counties override the rest of the state at the voting booth. Plus there's the element of election fraud, that Chicago is noted for. That Mike Madigan has been in his position for several decades, is an indication something is rotten coming out of Chicago that affects the rest of the state.
