We in the good USA had better soon get serious about thousands of random unknown ind's coming here from wherever, incl many who are already here & we might also amend portions of our us Constitution which was written over 200 yrs ago when we didn't even have telegraph technology.
I might add there are thousands of Christians, incl women & children, in Iraq, yemen, sudan, Syria, Libya & Iran who are being raped, beheaded, mutilated right now just because they are not Moslem.
I'm a US Marine, who attended war College, & I do know how to deal with individuals who sponsor this Fxxxxxxx stuff & we must attempt to stop it &/or deal with it immediately.

I suspect you're overestimating the number of jobs likely to be created.
ISIL is a Sunni group. If they met a Christian and a Shi'a, they'd be more likely to go after the Shi'a than the Christian. A smart foreign policy, going back to Bush I, would have been to make nice with the Shi'a, Baath and Alawites and let them counterbalance al Qa'ida et al. That woud have saved a lot of American lives.
