And how does that assessment fit with a court who judges a president's foreign policy rather than ruling on the constitutionality of his EO. They seem to think they have some say in foreign policy of our leaders. They are mistaken, of course.

This court is KNOW to be a joke, with 90% of their rulings overturned. That's why the plaintifs chose to file there.
