QG, you seem a decent person. WND is highly unreliable, and highly is understated. This is not saying that they can't be right or are to be dismissed. It is only saying see if you can get supporting sources. I would say "reliable" ones but that changes across the aisle.

Do not confuse WorldNetDaily with the "fake news" site known as World News Daily. Since you evidently don't know, Josepb Farah(sp), the owner/editor of "Net" was born Muslim. It was one of the first "on-line" news sources on the internet in 1996, if I recall correctly. It was also my first "on-line" news source in early 2014.

We had no business in Bosnia. We have been meddling in the SOVEREIGNTY of other NATIONS for far too long and it needs to stop.

I was not confused as to WND. As to the ethnic cleansing in Bosnia, we were tardy in getting there. And to our shame, never entered the Sudan or Somalia. Saving people from a massacre by an inhumane sovereign nation, such as Nazi Germany in 1939, is not interference but compassion...unless one approves of the regime's political motivation: only then is it "interference."

The Genocidal Bosnian ethnic cleansing was 900 years in the making, the roots of the conflict go back to the invasion of the Ottoman Turks in the 1300's. As usual Islam was imposed on Bulgaria and Serbs resulting in three groups, Catholic Serbs, Orthodox Christian Croats and Bosnian Moslems. There was constant strife between these three groups until they were united under Marshall Broz Tito, who tolerated no internal dissension. After the Yugoslavian breakup the old animosities returned along with the the invasion of territory by opposing groups.

Compounding this, during the second word war the 13th Waffen Mountain Division of the SS Handschar (1st Croatian) was composed of Bosnian Moslems and some Croats and the Croatian State was a Nazi Puppet regime that occupied Independent State of Croatia, a fascist puppet state of Nazi Germany that encompassed almost all of modern-day Croatia, all of modern-day Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as parts of Serbia.

The Catholic Serbs during the Bosnian ethnic cleansing were getting payback for 700 years of Moslem suppression. The official story that Serbia set out to “ethnically cleanse” Bosnian territory by systematically removing all Bosnian Muslims, known as Bosniaks. Serbia, together with ethnic Bosnian Serbs, attacked Bosniaks with former Yugoslavian military equipment and surrounded Sarajevo, the capital city is not quite accurate, they were clearing Serbian Territory, not Bosnian, of invaders. Hence the ethnic cleansing, the Catholic Serbs wanted their country cleared of Croats and Bosnians, particularly Bosniak Moslems..
