What excuses did I make and did I make any claims about how the wars were managed. I only gave the thinking at the time, nothing more. As for Iraq--our invasion destabilized the Middle East for which we are still paying. Iran will only compound the problem and will require us to maintain a permanent military presence in Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, and possibly Syria. And because we are going to have to do that alone it will bleed us dry and eventually cause a collapse of our country...
Yeah, Iraq was as necessary as a bullet through the temple--the latter would have been more of a kindness...
