I think what she is trying desperately to express is her awful sense of loss at not feeling the warmth of an Obama pardon.

Hillary is simply keeping her name in the NYC Public's Mind... Mayor Hillary gives her Life After Trump... And allows for Daughter Chelsea to be supported for a Congressional Seat by a sitting Leader of the Dem Party, Mother Mayor...
