I will sit down with any one & listen to them as well as they listen to me about where we are as a Nation & where we are going.

I have said what I think the problems are with our Nation & what I feel is behind most of it. It has become almost an absolute that our Nation is going down a path that is taking us as every day people deeper in to the control over our person well be by those that feel it is their World & we just clutter up & are here just to serve them.

It has been increasingly clear nothing is going to be done by the people in control of or government that they will done to make life better for the General Public. Np matter how much they may believe they can do there are forces who have other plans.

I keep saying that it is people likes us who need to voice what needs to be done & stop playing the political game that we have become trapped in.

Saying he is a man of his word only means what he has said he will do only means he has said so many things on so many issue that no matter what he is gong to do be some how backed by something he once said.

You have said NOTHING specific. To discuss your generic unhappiness is a complete waste of time.

If you can't say what Trump HAS DONE in office that you don't like, then you have nothing to say, so don't try to act like you'be already spoken beyond the generic because you have not.

Anyone can talk about their fears. So what?

Ya know LJ, I thought it impossible for anyone to undo much of what Obama had done to America and our international reputation. I mean it seemed that every day Obama said or did something to divide us one way or another.

But Trump is a workaholic and must not sleep any more than I do. He's like the energizer bunny on steroids, crack, & speed. In just a few days he has done more than I thought possible to do in a month or more and I believe the left is freaking over his speed and their ability to anticipate him. Do you realize that to him the work week is 7 days long?

Sure, he is in for a rough long haul as the left throws any and everything they can think of at him, but it tickles me how he handles it.

Basically he grins and thinks "I'm POTUS and you aren't . Bite me".

He has them all surrounded and his team seems to be as formidable as he is, especially Spicer. It is so refreshing to see the MSM being told "play be my rules, or there's the door".

Yep, the whining is getting old but then again....so is the democratic party.

Somewhere in I posted an article that spoke of his first week in office and how the staff needs to learn and adjust to each presidents schedule
.
Appears Trump is an early riser 5am coffee, in the office by 6, starts his scheduled meeting at 7... Dinner time sometimes, yes, sometimes no, works right through it with other people doing whatever... He talked of missing his family, lonely without them, lonely being the President..So yes, a workaholic, no doubt, who multi tasks all day ...

Trump in the end will prevail just by sheer will and in spite of... His drive will not let him do anything but as he committed...

A billionaire many times over that really didn't need to do this but felt compelled to follow it...I surely admire that and am Thankful for what he may be able to achieve if the others stop being a thorn and blossom to a rose so we can get it done..

Unity, cautiously optimistic for me anymore but that glimmer of hope there....If it doesn't happen, well the heck with them! We'll just do it without them..

Yes, for me...his largest selling point was that of all the.potential candidates he was the only one who didn't need a job and to take it most probably would be a step down in some ways. Many.people, mostly libs, said he wanted the job because for him it is an ego trip. Like it wouldn't be for anyone else?

What I see is driven or not, egotistical or not, blowhard...narcissist or not,.....he cannot stand losing face. That means that after his speeches and all the campaign promises.....for him failure is not an option. And I don't mean in the way Obama looked at it. Obama considered himself a success because he said so.

I believe Trump needs for America to see him as a success. Look at what he has done already and we have 7 years 50 weeks to go. Who knows where we will be by then. Certainly in a better place than last year.

I also pray we do have him 7 more years, followed by VP Pence... I like him as well and see he is actively involved, not a Biden for sure..

Despite the accusations and fears from the left, I think Pence is active because Trump, unlike Obama, is not a control freak with a dictatorial attitude. And I see Pence as a producer who would not taken the position had he been expected to be a bench sitter like Biden.

A little research into Trump's business dealings reveals he delegates authority with ease and expects those delegates to perform. with that said, with Pence being our first active VP in years, I expect great things from the entire WH team.

I'm sure Trump will be clear as to his expectations and his team will produce.

Bingo~~Trump is an effective Management team, in and of himself!!

When managing a claims dept of 40 people, you learn quick an effective manager, delegates and manages them, not the daily routine of the job.. For me, the most difficult was letting go and letting others do it.. But in time, time management became the savior and the product improved..

Absolutely. Besides my other duties, I run 5 independent facilities and the most difficult hurdle was for me to trust the head physician of each to bring.problems to me in time for solutions to be devised. I knew my picks were top drawer. I had hired them. But trust is a difficult critter to conquer. I called them together when it became apparent that the corp had grown beyond my ability to keep under my thumb, so I told them to.admit it when they needed me and not to be shy to call for guidance. We have not had one problem go unsolved and at one point I trusted them literally with my life.

My experience is nothing compared to Trump's and if there ever was a champion team builder it's him.

By your logic Doc, the only ones who should be running for office are the millionaires and billionaires of the world because they are the only ones who don't need the job to begin with. And what's he done Doc. Right now he made enemies out of two of our allies and he isolated our entire state department. You have a strange way of measuring success doc you really do...

This is a man who nominated DeVos and Puzder just for starters. Exactly what kind of team is he trying to build?
