If I am correct , I believe I heard on the MSM news night after night about "the road to 270", over and over again for months. Many times I heard that Trump "had a very narrow path to 270". The 270, for those who don't know, is the number of electoral votes needed to be POTUS. The Electoral College is who elects the president, not the popular vote. We in America history, have never elected a POTUS where the popular vote has been the criteria. If that were so, all one would have to do is win 4-5 states and be POTUS. After the election of Trump, who got 302 EC votes, all we heard from the MSM was how he lost the popular vote. Whether one likes him or not, he is the POTUS. Perhaps in the future, the laws could be changed to appease those that are disappointed with this year's outcome. We are a nation of laws, supposedly.
