I have no doubts about their involvement. I think DHS is even more out of control than the IRS and that's saying a lot.

The DOJ has recently added a group of lawyers who do not want to enforce our immigration laws so this is to be expected. We also have that dimwit, Pelosi, who doesn't want to enforce the laws either unless the immigrate has been accused of some illegal activity such as robbing a bank.

You can expect this kind of service from all of Obama's departments, they are his CZARS. Chain of command: George to Valarie to Barry to the different czars (dept heads). You thought Barry was really in charge ? He gets to plan his vacations..

So what is new about this? I seem to remember the "Fast and Furious" program. The only difference is instead of smuggling guns out of the U.S. we are now smuggling children into the U.S. It must all be part of Obama's Amnesty Plan.
Of course the DHS is capable of this outrageous breach of our borders.
