For those of you who are aware that because we are Christian counselors we have faced for years the lefts push to prohibit our telling boys who have been molested that the violation does not mean they are homosexual, just that their attackers are. In California counselors who do the same work we do, and the psychiatrists and psychologists who head their groups are not allowed to even answer the question that almost all of the boys ask "Did he know I was homosexual even though I did not know that? Was he just trying to help me when he molested and sodomized me when i was ten years old. Christian counselors have had their houses picketed, offices broken into and in several cases burned because they dared tell the kids that what ever responses they may have had did not mean they were same sex attracted. Often they were just looking for fatherly caring which they did not get at home. Many had abusive fathers or no father (just a sire out there somewhere) Pederasts nare looking for kids like that and ultimately the kids have serious doubts, even if they were coned into sex in exchange for drugs or booze, or just the first meal they had in days Anyhow, this push is part of an agenda, hopefully the Supreme court will rule that that law is unconstitutional. Then they can start on the laws that say ten year olds can have sex reassignment without their parents even knowing, all the way up to the actual surgery.
It is for that reason we do not give out information or our address except through a trusted friend. Better safe than sorry

EEOC Rules:

Harassment
It is illegal to harass an employee because of race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information.

It is also illegal to harass someone because they have complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit.

Harassment can take the form of slurs, graffiti, offensive or derogatory comments, or other verbal or physical conduct. Sexual harassment (including unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other conduct of a sexual nature) is also unlawful. Although the law does not prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that are not very serious, harassment is illegal if it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or if it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being fired or demoted).

The harasser can be the victim's supervisor, a supervisor in another area, a co-worker, or someone who is not an employee of the employer, such as a client or customer.

Harassment outside of the workplace may also be illegal if there is a link with the workplace. For example, if a supervisor harasses an employee while driving the employee to a meeting.
