Linda, Its truly unfortunate that so many people fear change. Change is predictable, but the outcome is not. I know that when I was still active duty in the Corps, towards the I was sellected for either MSGT (more technical or office type jobs or First Sgt Combat Arms Leading Marines in those venues) I was very concerned about the changes that had been taken place, where there was to much slack being allowed in the Marine Corp boot Boot for one. This ocurred because the Drill Instructors were losing their careers or not getting promoted. Back in my day they could put their hands on the recruits if you werent performing your very best. It turned into so many crybabies calling home and congressmen/women how hard it was and that it wasnt nice and all that BS. So change was happeing big time and I just couldnt stomach the Corps any more. It truly broke my heart to see my Corps being hurt this way because the Marine Corps saved my life in a personal way and so I loved it and still do. So elected to just retire. Social Justice types of change are for the most part bad for the country at least for the past 20 years and especially the last 8 years for sure. In any event change again is predictable but who ever the leader is, is what determines what type of change is going to be like. obama and all the other progressives really dont have a clue as to the type of damage they have done to the country and themselves in the process. Most havent even realized that they have been and are currently being used as so much toilet paper. I suppose the term usefull idiot really is an excellant qualifier for them. They cant fathom that they are being rode hard and being put away wet. They will be flushed as soon as they are no longer needed. Unfortunately all this negative change is harming all of us. Im done here on this comment because it is actually making me depressed. Take real good care!rt

Sorry about this edit but was in arush and didnt proof my own writing so Im just fixen them thar errors. Also, Im not sure of the tone my post was correct. No I didnt vote for him either times, but after he was elected I was thinking to mysef well this man bieng of mixed race might be exactely what the doctor order espeicially with regards to race issues. I was so wanting to see him succeed not only in this area but all areas of his administration. You know give the guy a chance for crying out loud. I started reading up on him really after his election then my gut just exploded with a feeling of impending doom. I will tell you after everything he has done to this country with regards to just about everything I wanted him impeached so so bad. Both parties failed this country to the max! So how about giving the new incoming persident a chance just I and many many many many others? For crying out loud he hasnt even taken office yet. So I ask you this. If he turns out to be able to do the things or at least give the ole college try are you going to be able to honestly give him a thumbs up? I will also tell you this, if he turns out to be a crappy POTUS, I will be one of the first to say so and so will many other honest people here on OPP.
