Since this thread has kind of died and this hasn't been mentioned although usually, people feel the same way about the two subjects... what about the WMD's?
I know we never found any, but everyone seems to forget that the regime was given the right to schedule our surprise inspections??? Remember all the "sure you can search that facility, let's see, it will be available in 6 weeks", or "no, that's a palace so it's off limits". Who in the hell really thought we would find anything if we gave them time to clean any dirty facility and the option to tell us no? When we beat Hitler's ass, nobody asked where we could walk? Why have we become such pu$$ies today? I don't mean the soldiers, I mean the politicians who keep the soldiers from doing what they were trained for. Anyone else think beyond the "we didn't find any"?

And since I posted, let me give the first reply and state that the American people are very much to blame in that since we started showing everything on the news, the American people have found they don't have the stomachs for blood and death. An unfortunate side effect of an effective campaign is blood and death (preferably the enemy's). Again, just my opinion.
