Isaiah 5th chapter

Forward

Compare this parable with the parable of the wicked vinedressers. Why is God comparing His children to a man planting a vineyard? Because being a Christian requires growth and development. The concept of salvation is a lie. We are repenting of sins without knowing what actions are sins and what actions are not. So we look for sin in normal relationships and legalize same sex marriage. We will be judged on the actions we choose. We can choose our actions but not our consequences. Christian development is not taught. We are taught that after admitting we are sinners, Jesus comes into our lives and any problems can be solved by prayer. This never works but anyone who thinks it does testifies.

Verse 1 & 2

In this case the wine God expected symbolizes the character and understanding of Israel. If we had read God’s word, a lot of mistakes could be avoided. In 1850 the south passed a law making it mandatory to return escaped slaves. The civil war could have been avoided if someone had read Deuteronomy 23:15 & 16.

Verse 3 & 4

What more can God do that He hasn’t done already? If America taught Christian values, Africa would feed it’s own children and stop making babies and abandoning them to starve.

Verse 5 & 6

When God removed His protection from Israel and Judah, the nations eventually lost everything they had. Before the loss, the people got dumber and dumber. This is starting to happen here in America.

Verse 7

God is more interested in the character, honesty, and integrity of the individual and society than empty singing and dancing with no study and obedience. If we really read and followed the bible, we would be less judgmental and more loving.

Verse 8 - 10

We all need some alone time. We are not pieces of wood. It is good to confer with God only and with no one else. Those that don’t accomplish nothing. Your life will be a waste. It is best to plan your work and work your plan.

Verse 11 - 13

There should be more of a purpose to your life than gaining pleasure and avoiding pain. This woe applies to those who want to enjoy life while they ignore God. It is taught that a relationship with Christ is possible while ignoring every sermon He preached, parable He taught, and miracle He performed. We have become prisoners in our own homes. The people we listen to can’t fix their own lives. We are suffering because we follow blind guides. Jesus called it blind leading blind. It is sad to realize the one being led has no way
of knowing his leader is blind also until it is too late. We are suffering from our own stupidity. The people we think are on top of the world are on drugs.. We almost put a criminal and a socialist in the white house.

Verse 14 - 16

There is nothing to look forward to. Some people don’t understand reality. Good results don’t come from evil means. You reap what you sow. Some of these good-timers are celebrating their way to hell. Instead of going to church to celebrate and praise God, we should apologize for allowing the murder of 60 million children. We have allowed satan to destroy family values. We no longer form families, we are baby mommas and baby daddies.

Verse 17 - 19

Jesus says, “if I be lifted up from the earth, I’ll draw all men unto me”. Gaining an audience should not be a problem for a bible teacher. When the bible is taught by a man who understands, and obeyed by the listeners, the listeners lives improve. When God is obeyed, lives get better. Homosexuality is unique. No one wants to legalize stealing. Every other sinner lays aside the sin that so easily besets us. Gay marriage is the law of the land. Men should not have sex with each other. We are allowing them to marry and we even have gay clergy. There are no happy successful gay marriages. Homosexuals destroy their own lives.

Verse 20 & 21

People with warped values destroy their own lives. There is a supernatural curse on those who don’t know the difference between right and wrong. Thinking you have the freedom to do as you want because you are an adult, to justify sinful and childish behavior puts a curse on your life. You will amount to nothing with this mindset.

Verse 22 - 25

It takes nothing special to develop a tolerance for alcohol. All you have to do is drink a lot. But there should be more to your life than feeling good. To be carnal, (flesh), minded will lead to an early death. To be spiritual minded is life. If your highest priorities in life are getting drunk and having sex, there is no difference between your mindset and that of a dog’s. People are killing themselves because of a --lack of vision. When they suffer because of their own stupidity, they will pray for divine help, but God won’t listen.

Verse 26 - 30

Because of the gullibility and stupidity of the American people, God will send a relentless, organized enemy to destroy this nation. They destroy from the inside out. They are the left. The communist that destroyed Russia are now trying to destroy America. Hillary became a millionaire by being a lying, crooked politician. Obama is a foreigner who is gay. He never loved this country and is actively trying to destroy it.

Proper Biblical Judgement:
"Don't judge, don't you know the Bible says don't judge" How many times have you heard that?

The tragic issue here is that you can be very sure that those who say this don't know anything at all about the Bible and are in a very dangerous place of deception and rank ignorance. In fact they are preparing the way for the antichrist.

This really is a wonderful subject. It is clean and full of glory, holiness and righteousness.

Let's have a look now at what the Bible does say, what it doesn't say and the correct application. We'll also look at how the miss-application has ruined the world and will set the stage for coming cataclysmic judgements of God on this evil world.

If I've heard it once I've heard it a thousand times..."don't judge, just walk in love" The problem with this is that this is equated with tolerance, which is the last evil virtue of a collapsing society!

The verse that says "don't judge lest you be judged" uses the word judgement in the continuous present tense, which is only evident in the original Greek. In other words it is saying don't be a continuous nitpicker over every little thing.

I was sitting in a restaurant the other day and a group of women were sitting at a table next to mine. They were continuously judging. "Did you see what she was wearing, did hear what she said, how could she" and so they went on for an hour. This is what the verse is talking about.

The key for us in the area of judging can be found with our Messiah Himself. Jesus says in John 5:30 "I judge and My judgement is righteous because I seek not My own will." This is the key. If you are out there trying to prove others wrong and yourself right you are as guilty as the other. If you are putting others down all the time and exalting yourself you are wrong. But if you are standing for the truth of God, it's a different story. Judgement from a point of view of pride or self-elevation is wrong.

John 7:24 "Don't judge according to outward appearance, but judge with righteous judgement." In other words, don't worry about what she was wearing. Righteous judgement involves standing up for God and his Word.

1 Corinthians 2:15 "He who is spiritual judges all things" This implies judging into many matters, but only by those who are spiritual. In other words a baby believer has no business getting involved in judgement.

The above two verses need no explanation, but it's worth saying that most of the modern church today has laid this aside. This is the reason the church is so divided and compromised today.

It is largely because there is no more judgement in the church that a lot of it has lost its calling. Much of the church now tolerates most worldly things that have in the past brought the judgement of God on the world and will again do so.

Romans 1:1-2 declares that God's judgement is "according to truth"

The principle of judgement is actually love in action. The children of Israel went through the Red Sea while the judgement of God closed in on Egyptian opposition. Judgement is punishment yes but it is love and grace in the sense that it creates purity and holiness. God uses judgement to save and bring victory to His own.

Judgement in the church:
The duty of the church is to keep itself lined up with truth and to set the truth-standard as a banner for all to see. A part of the church will keep the standard which is the Word of God and judge between right and wrong keeping itself pure.

As we move closer to the coming of our Lord and Saviour, the attacks on the church will intensify. "Truth will be cast down in the street" Isaiah 19:14.

1Corinthians 1:10 "Speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but be perfectly joined in the same mind and judgement"

1Peter 4:17 "Judgement is to begin in the house of God"

1 John 4:1 "Don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits"

A simple reading through the book of Acts shows clearly that much of the work of the early church leadership was to judge and keep error out.

It was the introduction of error that produced the dark ages.

Judgement and discernment are very closely associated and are desperately needed today.

Judgement in line with truth destroys error and sin while bringing unity and maintaining the glory of God.

Error and sin is not corrected by discussion and argument, but by judgement according to truth.

You are welcome.
More to consider:
Israel was to be a servant people, and a blessing unto all nations.
Slapping never ending "debt" through usury is not a blessing.
Revelation 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Revelation 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie;
behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

Matthew 7:18 - A good tree can't produce evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree produce good fruit.
