Would you hire a blacksmith to be your tailor, or a mechanic to perform heart surgery? How about hiring a high school drop out as your accountant? It makes sense to hire those that are accomplished in a field, they can quickly access problems, propose changes, and because they are used to making deals they are better able to identify the best deals for our country. BTW, the "system" does not make people rich, it is the people who recognize a need, devise a solution for that need, who can make the deals, see clearly a path to their goals, are disciplined to save, and a willingness to work that make people rich. I find it confusing that so many people think that rich people do not work.... or have earned their positions.

Hang in there, let us see what those who our new president has hired can do before we get a lynch mob out to take their heads.

Billionaires go in groups, just as poor people. They have little in common with each other. Just the same, if there was a problem that needed fixing, I would go with the billionaire group as the fixers. It is their demonstrated success, at least in the financial fields that leads to my decision. Of course there are other factors to consider, such as was their wealth inherited, or earned. However, all things being equal, the billionaires are the group to select.

I tend to judge ideas by the quality of the ideas and not by the person who says it. Blind support for individual is not thinking, it is following.

It sounds like you label yourself (and others) as member of a groups who all think alike. We are all able to think independently if we so desire.
