What's coming on us will be like nothing we have ever experienced and unless there is a huge revival within our nation, and I mean true fasting and prayer for God' s mercy, we will face what Israel did when they turned away. Thanks for the article, hope it is read by many. Purpose of my answer is to state my amazement at how many people don't already see what this writer sees and writes about, it is so obvious.
It is very hard for me to decide whether Obama's supporters know where he is taking us and want socialism (or a form thereof) or are just not well informed enough to know that will be the result of supporting him.

I'm beginning to think that a large number of people don't really understand what central government control of the economy will mean for the country and really believe that socialism is a good thing and won't really comprehend until they feel the effects after it is here.

They don't understand that government gifts/entitlements require a strong central authority capable of taking anything away from citizens in order to redistribute; this always means loss of personal and financial freedoms of the citizens and businesses. The effect is ultimately everyone has very little.

A free enterprise, capitalistic system that the United States is rapidly losing under this administration has lifted more people around the world out of poverty that any other system. All they need to do is look at recent history (ask any Russian); and the difference between North and South Korea, etc....

I believe most people who support this administration are sincere, so I am left with the question, "Do they want a socialist/entitlement society and simply don't understand what that means (other than free stuff), or whether they really don't understand that is where this journey will end if they support Obama "??

Maybe some Obama supporter will see this comment and give me an answer to the question?

I believe that there is a higher power and that one day we will see that power punish us for being so stupid as to allowing a bunch of greedy lying crooks take everything from us and put us all into serfdom.

I believe the reason so many people are for Socialism is that they erroneously believe that the government will continue to give them the freebies they are now getting for voting these Socialists into office. But as history has proven, once these leeches do get total control, the same people that they guaranteed a free ride will either go to work at a job they appoint or they will mysteriously disappear. Read the history od both China and Russia under Mao and Stalin and see how many of their own people they murdered. It was in the high millions, and made Hitler seem a rank amateur at genocide and murder. But we never hear a thing about these murders but at least once a year the Hitler murders are brought up on TV. Why is this?

Thanks for the comment, I think you are right on the money.

I agree that this would cover some percentage who support this admin, but there must be some who simply don't recognize that what this admin is doing is leading to socialism.

Is there an Obama supporter who doesn't agree that we will end up with complete central government control if this admin is successful? You have a right to your opinion, maybe you can convince me. :?
