Cops claim it in Austin:
http://thefreethoughtproject.com/police-biker-pictures-jail/It's called a 'Field Interrogation reports' or FI's for short. Here's a really good book explains it all:
http://www.dirtycopperstopper.com/docs/Arrest%20Proof%20Yourself.pdfFrom page 156:
"The more you’re stopped, the more field interrogation (FI) reports about you are entered into criminal justice computers. This occurs even if you’re doing nothing and don’t get arrested. The more FI reports cops have about you, the more thoroughly you’ll be interviewed. The cops are thinking, not illogically, that if other cops are stopping you all the time, you must be up to something, right?"
I've been arrested many times for asserting my rights under the constitution. Every single time I get released on my own recognizance and show up in court several weeks later to find there's no case to answer. Also, every single time the cop who arrested me finished his shift and was done with it. I was the one who spent the night in a freezing cold holding cell, sitting on a stainless steel bench and missed work, not just the next day, but also the day I had to show up in court. All because I refused to kowtow to some little Napoleon. I think what bugs them the most is that I'm not afraid of them and they know it, so they put me through this 'system' knowing I'm going to walk but still spend a very inconvenient time in the slammer for my trouble.
It doesn't stop there. Having an arrest record is a pretty severe handicap if you're looking for a job these days, among other things.....
makes you wonder what kind of prick you got to be to get a job like that and the one who has the final say if your hired wow!
