Was Barack H. Obama Eligible for the Office of the Presidency?

From Article II, Section 1 of The Constitution of The United States of America -
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
I don't want to get into any argument at to whether he was born in The United States. Conceding that he was born in Hawaii, his father was a Kenyan citizen when he was born. His mother was undoubtedly native born American. Was he a natural born citizen with his father an alien?

No! Contemporary writings gave the commonly understood definition as two citizen parents. Several Supreme Court trials addressed this issue as an ancillary problem, in other issues, under trial and they used this definition.

Depends on how much is pumped into his presidential library fund. He expects it to exceed one billion dollars. With a billion plus, you can buy stardom.

peter11937, Did obama do it again? You know how obama forget to salute that By God Marine and the choppers pilot said he wouldnt fly until he saluted the Marine properly. I wasnt aware of this recent failure on obamas part but hell, his entire presidency has been a failure so whats new? Take care.

He's only there for 17 days. Knowing Trump's work ethics, I doubt if he'll take 17 days in 4 years.

Unfortunately, it's too late to do anything about it at this point. However, what's more important is...was he qualified to be CIC? The answer is NO! He was a "community organizer" that never ran a business and did the minimum in the Senate. After 8 years in the office of the Presidency, he is STILL not qualified to run a one man parade.
