And this surprises you? Given the character of American "leadership" these days, you know the killers of American industry, is it any wonder the Japanese have capitalized on such weakness? Moreover, the Japanese are one of the few allies we have in that neck of the woods. The attack on Pearl Harbor happened 75 years ago. Much has changed since then.
Today we should honor our dead, not drag out a disingenuous criticism of a former enemy. As we speak, the Japanese navy is currently assisting the US navy in searching for a Marine Corp pilot who ejected from his crippled jet over the Sea of Japan.
And, in case you missed it, a Japanese company is about to invest $50 billion in building businesses in America--50,000 new jobs.
