Yeah, we know, Nik, if someone or something is even remotely American, all you see there is shit. Whether it is our constitution or one of America's greatest patriots doesn't matter, they all make you vomit. John Wayne was never a conservative cult hero except in the minds of liberal commie assholes.

America, why I love her

I'm afraid it will fall on many, many deaf ears in this forum.

Oh I'm sure it will. It isn't the deaf ears but the blind eyes that amazes me. They get down on their knees and worship wealth than can't understand why their household income goes down and not up! They picked the wrong god to worship and their senses have completely failed them in making them aware...

So it falls on deaf ears only to you Americans??? Obama wasn't a billionaire who appointed billionaires to govern billionaires. It's a simple meme and it fly's right over your head.

Do you guys never read what you write to see if it makes any sense at all?

If you are building a house, do you hire someone that has built one in the past or just grab someone off the street? How about a au pair will just anyone do? I would never hire a broke accountant.... and it seems logical to me to hire an individual that understands money to find fixes for our busted economy. The ability to manage finances is learned, it is not a skill set you are born with. Just saying!!!

When you are building a hen house do you put the foxes in charge of building it? As for our 'busted' economy--it was billionaires manipulating regulations who busted it. Do you honestly think that billionaires writing their own regulations is what's going to fix it? When you sit there an rob banks for a living you don't need to understand finances to get rich. All you need to understand is how to rob banks, that's all. Just saying...

If you poke the bear too many times he might swat you down! Ain't the Internet wonderful! Pussy!!

You think you are a bear? The same people who broke the system are the people you think are going to fix it. If you can't even figure that out how are you going to be able to figure out how to "swat" anyone down.

You picked the perfect avatar Archie. Nothing says Conservative more than the man you chose to represent.

I would employ them to find the vulnerabilities of the construction... Say does the phrase "nine millionaires and a plumber." mean anything to you? Trump is not the first, and will not be the last successful presidents who nominate wealthy people to his cabinet.

I am essentially conservative and I couldn't agree with you more. Wayne played only one character, John Wayne. Wayne never served a day in the US military and has long been accused of being a 'draft dodger' because he staunchly avoided putting on a uniform and going to war when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor in 1941. Yet he played Military Heros from all branches of the Military Service and gained an unfounded reputation of being a tough guy.

I lost any tolerance I had for Wayne after reading a newspaper account of a group of twenty or so disabled veterans protesting lack of VA care in Washington DC. Wayne came out of the building where they were protesting and said to them "go on home you crybabies". These men were missing limbs, in wheel chairs and had other obvious damage. but Wayne characterized them as crybabies. I haven't watched anything John Wayne since.

I have looked for this article but I can't find it on the net. It wouldn't do to have a national ""hero"" shown in a poor light, so it is probably suppressed.
