I hope I can feel safe enough to do so,” Marwa Abdelghani, a Muslim-American woman, told the network.

The segment was cordially titled “The Trump Transition: Fearful Muslim women take steps to be safe.”

Camerota’s co-host on the segment, Chris Cuomo, suggested an alternative for Muslim women who fear being attacked. “I think self-defense training is good for everybody,” he said. “Prepare yourself for whatever can come.”

I just had this crazy thought. How about all those muslim women, wear clothes that blend in with the american population? If they still feel threatened, they can always return to the country they came from, that respected them enough to make them move here in the first place!

Why doesn't Camerota wear a hijab during her show if she really believes the BS she is throwing out. CNN would then lose some of the 10 people that are still watching.

President elect Trump is working on setting-up safe zones for refugee Muslims in a few thousand of the billion some acres of empty land in the Middle-East, Ricko. The only Muslims that wouldn't care to remain in their home-land are those who care to make America their "homeland." Alisyn Camerota sure is on the pay list of the Muslims. There are many of this kind. Bill Clinton received several millions of an entity for the implementation of Sharia law.

Hey all you Christian Americans. We don't wear hijabs because it is and belongs to the Islamic faith. I, personally
would not see any swapping religious norms but that does not mean we should disrespect any other religion's
practicing their faith.

There are any number of countries where Muslim women can wear their hijab or burka's and feel safe, Canada being the nearest. Why suffer needlessly when for a few hundred dollars you can be all warm and fuzzy.

A young lady in the bay area was attacked because she had a bandanna around her head that was similar to a hijab she has a skin problem and needed the scarf to protect from the sun. To young men approached her screaming for her to get out and go back where she came from and snatched her scarf from her head. Violence has escalated against Muslims and their places of worship since Trump lashed out with hate talk and that he would like to punch people in the face. The scum bag is an embarrassment

I think some of those women look lovely in their head scarves. There is no such thing as an illegal human being. We are all brothers and sisters all of the same species.
