If she is going to demand a recount, her time is running out.... but, if she does then all states using electronic voting and the call was close.... will they also be recounted? Is this just a scheme to keep obama in the White House?

This is probably a good thing.... once the recount is finished, no one can claim voter irregularities with the machines. I also rread that in Pennsylvania, President Elect Trump actually picked up an additional 10,000 votes due to a recount. Would it not be too funny if he widens the margin and comes out the winning the popular vote? That would make some heads spin around! The other thing worth mentioning, Killary has said no thank you... we do not want a recount.

This does raise interesting questions.... what if the results change.... what then? Will President Elect Trump demand a recount in the blue states? How upset will the heartland be??? Will there be war over this? Or do you think that President Elect Trump will just through in the towel?

As the author in the link you provided indicated, such recount is prohibitively expensive. To do this in three states unless there is certainty that the count will be reversed would be a colossal waste of money. Further, all the other States using the same or similar technology would be suspect and in some states there is no way to recount.

The Luddite approach (eliminate the technology) would be best but would slow down results enormously. A combination of scanner devices coupled with real time quality assurance statistical sampling can give an indication of the "goodness" of the vote count. If the error rate per sample is too high then vote manipulation is certain and complete paper verification would be mandated.

Any system, manual paper, optical scanner, or printed voter receipt is worthless without verification that the hard copy record matches the machine tallies and most states do nothing with the paper hard copy.

By the way, I have just created some high level jobs because there will need to be a ton of mathematicians to compute the stats to test the accuracy of the vote. Also some data analysts with computers at each polling place to determine citizenship or multiple votes. I'm sure NSA has all of that information and they theoretically work for us so they should make the needed information available before the election.
