The new Senate Minority leader, Sen. Chuck Schumer, says he will work with Pres. Elect Trump on many things but he will not compromise on Obamacare. I guess Sen. Schumer was not listening and needs to be reminded of why Trump and not Hillary is the President Elect. It is quite easy for members of Congress to insist on keeping a program which, though disastrous for full premium payers, does not affect them at all. Since the democrats passed this monster without a single republican vote, I would surmise that the republicans can undo same without a single democrat vote. As Harry Reid said, when he thought Hillary was a shoo in for the presidency, " I set the senate up for the nuclear option". Thank you Harry. Now go back to Las Vegas where brother Larry can kick your sorry butt one more time. I am sure that many of the citizens of New York are also adversely affected by the high premiums , high deductibles, and less than useful coverage offered by Obamacare. We must not allow Sen. Schumer or any other grand-stander to thwart the will of the people who want it gone. Good Luck America !!!
