Welcome to the group, glad you're on board. I am one to be amused with the liberal's posting on this site. Please do not be discouraged when they call you names, tell you are misinformed, ignore your logic filled posts, or flat out lie to you. It is all part of their playbook. Once you know what their rules are it actually becomes very comical.

Here is a summary of their playbook.
The rules (by Saul Alinsky)
1.“Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have." Don't think they have too much to offer.
2.“Never go outside the expertise of your people.” they will ignore any post that they don't understand
3.“Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” they will blind-side by seemingly irrelevant arguments to change the subject.
4.“Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.
5.“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.
6.“A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”
7.“A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”
8.“Keep the pressure on. Never let up.”
9.“The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”
10."The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition."
11.“If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.”
12.“The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”
13.“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

I came here seeking a liberal who really wants to engage the subject, to help sharpen me, and to correct me when I'm wrong. I am very willing to change my mind when the facts lead. But unfortunately I haven't found that person here yet. So until then, lets have fun learning together and calling the plays.
