If nobody wants to control our religion, why did Hillary, in a 2013 women's conference, say that people have to change their deeply held religious beliefs to line up with what the Supreme Court decides. Ofcourse, we all have to obey the law, even gthose we don't agree with, but, how can anybody think it's okay to legislate how people feel? At least Obama only went so far as to try to ban Christian's expressions of faith for those serving in the military in a war zone. He didn't tell them how to feel or believe, but he told themthat they can't pray"in Jesus name" while in uniform, and they can't talk to others abouttheir faith. As far as I know, he hasn't gtried to stop citizens from praying to Jesus, but nothing would surprise me any more. I don't think that even Orwell could've thought that his novel could actually start to happen in real life.

maureen, Yes he did! He saw beyond. He saw the one world government, population control, new world order, one world religion.
Remember how the protagonist's work is to delete and omit certain news and limit how many words are used?
Sound familiar?
I am truly apprehensive of taking it off the shelf and reading it again because every freaking decade I do, I see our situation as closer to home.

That is one of the Confederate battle flags. The actual flag of the Confederacy was different.

It may take you some time to actually learn what the LEFT has been up to, even if you consider yourself a Lefty! We have already found that the majority of the LEFT is fairly much brain dead....and as to the nature of teaching you exactly what YOUR lefty leaders have been up to for a long long time, I don't know who would desire to have to go through all the painful work of fixing your broken damned mind!
