World Markets’ Plunge Signals Investors’ Doubts About Trump, what will happen now? Not seeing a lot of confidence around the world.

Nothing happens til January and the change is complete. The stock market thing is temporary.. We have what we have and now it is wait and see. I'll still work like a slave as I always have--buy guns like I always have and work on my own little corner of the world. I am an elected public official and I have a goal of paving the streets in my neighborhood and that is what I am going to do. The rest of all the politics in the country won't affect what I am doing.. I am going to remain in present time and keep on doing what I do best. We have 4 years to see if we as a nation like the new changes we will see come and then we will decide on a new path or not 4 years from now. .That's the way it is and how it's always been. I only rely on myself and what I do is what matters to me. America is a free country and that is the biggest advantage I have.

Just because "WE" have a Constitutional American patriot back in the POTUS position, doesn't mean the 90+% of anti-free-market Western civilization will ever accept our Elective Constitutional Republic, EVER; and our stocks were [and will be] purposely pushed-down, momentarily, by the BIG-(D), "elite" boys. "Barry," will now pull the TRILLION DOLLAR plug on his Fed, "money machine," to do the most (D)amage to America he can in these last few months. (D)emonrats, {as usual}, when being replaced by conservatives, will steal everything not nailed-down {China, pictures, silverware, etc.} at the WH; and (D)estroy everything {computers, printers, TV's, servers, etc.} that IS nailed down!!! Like "Brexit" was "the worst thing to EVER happen to Europe," and Rush Limbaugh, {to "elites"} "wouldn't last a week," Mr. Trump, "didn't stand a chance to become POTUS;" our "experimental" government ALSO was {and still is} a joke to tyrants and (D)ictators, world-wide!!! Morgan are you trying to start shit my stocks are very good I know their down but that doesn't mean shit after each election for the past 4 they either go up or the come down It's wall street they are either happy or their crying on who won me I like the idea of them coming down then it's time to invest to buy more with less.

The stock market was in a bubble. A bubble that had to pop eventually. Just goes to show that the rich and Wall Street wanted the free money from the Fed to keep rolling in, and further widening the gap between the middle class and the rich. When Trump succeeds in lowering the income tax and especially the Corporate tax rates, watch the money start to come back into the country and well as a bunch of new investment capital. America now has a future.

I agree Tom and am doing the same and you're correct time will reveal all. Unfortunately I am quite skeptical of the republic process going forward with full control in congress. Going forward I see us going backward,the earth suffering, people again without health care and literally dying,women still not getting equal pay, the middle class continue to shrink and the elite's wealth expand and go out of this country. Here's the thing Tom nothing would make me happier than to be completely wrong. The folks who believed in Trump I hope they will be right.

But I am more directly fearful of them dismantling the ACA completely leaving people a drift without a rudder, losing their insurance coverage either by being cut off or due to increases(which happen no matter what aca or not). My husband with leukemia would be one of them I'm sure. So getting dressed to work another day is what we will do also, but these changes will directly affect us quite rapidly. As things stand health care for profit will never work to benefit the people.
