No, she doesn't have them. These e-mails in question are on someone else's laptop, received from someone else, and are either copies of e-mails the FBI already has, or are not connected to Clinton. If the FBI does release them, it would put all the speculation to bed. I don't know what's on those e-mails - and neither does the FBI - because they haven't read them all yet.

The fact that there are e-mails that MIGHT be connected to Clinton, is not proof of anything, other than they MIGHT be connected to Clinton - but they could easily be connected to Mickey Mouse, for all we know. The best way to discover WHAT they refer to - is to read them, which is what the FBI is doing now. When they release their report, we'll know, until then - we're just speculating.
