Then it would be incumbent upon the citizens of TN. to change their state government. The federal government derives its power/authority from whatever rights each state is willing to concede, not what the federal government is willing to give to the states.

Let me clue you in on a fact....Obamacare is here to stay because, when it passed congress, it was fully funded for the life of the law no matter how much the premiums increase or how many companies opt out of the exchanges.
First of all, it's not a law, it's a TAX (per a Supreme Court ruling, because it would have been an UNCONSTITUTIONAL "law") and secondly, as we all know, taxes come and go, so we're NOT stuck with it.

Whoa!!! I feel for ya, Toots. It's the mad push for single payer, it's insanity.
Dont feel bad for me, I'm on Medicare and my 27 year old son, like every other young person I know between the age of 18-27 can't find a job that's not part time, so they get huge subsidies. Feel bad for my sister, who's husband has to work over 75 hours a week (out of state) to be able to afford their $700 a month insurance premium (through his employer) and has to pay out-of-pocket $21,000 a year before their insurance kicks in (monthly premiums + family deductibles). She diagnoses her families medical problems and buys her antibiotics at a feed and grain pet store! Prior to Obama they were very successful business owners (commercial framing company) with over 20 employees who they paid no less than $15 an hour (for a laborer)...good wages for Phoenix. Feel bad for my friend who lives in CA who is 58 and just got her new premium (thru Obamacare) and it's now $750 a month.
We all argue about who's fault it is, but to quote Hillary, "At this point, what difference does it make!" - Obamacare has to go, and Hillary is only going to throw more of the taxpayers money at it!

My state changed to a red several years ago, because of people moving in from other states .our goverment now can do anything they want, and nobody says a thing. They lie nobody says a word, they can do the same things obama does, that they bitch about, but nobody says a word,we actually have some lawmakers i think are pretty corupt, but nobody says a word because they are republicans.i still think they could take their guns, and the shirt off their backs and they want say a word.

there is nothing new here it was told to every one that would listen when it was passed.Obama care was designed to fail and then go to single payer, which would be a disaster .and remember those words from that great demorat ,affordable, affordable, affordable.
that woman needs to have her lying tongue cut out.
oh i think there is no argument about who's fault it is the demorats pushed this thing through with out a single vote from republicans.
and this Obama care is the exact reason we have some many thousands of people working part time. This law is the worst legislation every forced on the people of this country, and should be done away with.

Yep, NAFTA was the coffin, Obamacare the nails, TPP is the hammer and Hillary will be the hand that uses it!
