Last year, Christie supported the NSA unwarranted phone spying of all Americans. He was severely disappointed that congress failed to renew that portion of the Patriot Act. "I would have been more than willing to personally listen in to phone conversations of ordinary ignorant Americans in order to keep this nation safe", stated Governor Christie in an interview. "Senator Rand Paul is a traitor and a womanly male." This year, not to be outdone by himself, he has decided to promote uniform strip searches of all Americans at airports as well as random roadside strip searches. In a recent press conference, he stated "We are not doing enough to keep America safe and free. Who cares about privacy when the freedom of the world is at stake?" He went on and expounded "If you disagree with me then, you are inviting another 9/11, and you will be executed as a terrorist." He further stated that all strip searches would be done in full view of the public to ensure transparency. "It is important that these strip searches be as transparent as possible. I will be driving to airports and in public areas to scrutinize these strip searches and ensure that New Jersey Police and Airport employees are doing their jobs. Senators like Rand Paul just don't have the guts to make the hard choices that will keep our country safe". On a side note, the Governor kept readjusting the upper portion of his slacks as he left the podium.
