After reading a comprehensive roundup of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal by National Review’s Andrew C. McCarthy, Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin declared on Facebook that, “A President Hillary Clinton must be impeached.” Levin went through the reasons why.

Yes, Hillary Clinton must be prosecuted, but she won't be; if elected, however, she must be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors in what is and will be continuing revelations about her criminality. The fact that she has attempted to cover-up and obstruct her Espionage Act violations in hopes of winning this election, and may well be successful, and has lied repeatedly to the American people and Congress, must be addressed by Congress -- outside the unconscionable and corrupt perversion of the rule of law by the Obama administration. You have it backwards. She has to be prosecuted, because if she gets elected, you won't be able to impeach her.
There are law enforcement officers that are loyal to their oaths of office. They are being interfered with by people Obama is putting in charge of them, but, they are doing what they can.

Once Hillary is president, not only will she put her allies in positions of power, but, any attempt to hold her accountable will result in charges of treason or sedition.

The time is now, she needs to be charged before the election or it's all over, unless Trump gets elected.

Then it's a whole new ball game.

If you try to prosecute her, Obama will just pardon her. So, that won't work. Now, if she loses the election, and once Obama is out of office, that may be a possibility, but I even seriously doubt that would happen.

Sometimes you have to go after people the way you eat an apple, one bite at a time.

You go after the small things first and build on that.

She needs to be tried through the media first except that the media is covering for her.
So you press charges which gives you the right of discovery and as much as possible, let what you find out be public.

Right now most of the people who support Hillary have no idea who she is. The purpose of prosecuting her is not just to hold her accountable, but, to get the facts out into the public where they can't be missed.

The other thing that can be done, as Hillary is being prosecuted, is to prosecute those people who have protected her. This exposes her corruption in another way and if those that have helped her get prosecuted, other people will be less likely to do the same for her, for fear of what will happen to them.

That also slows down the help Obama can give her.

He can't pardon her until she's convicted. Even if everybody was honest and she was prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, she couldn't be tried and convicted before the election.

But, the actual prosecution would put the information, that the media is hiding, out into the public view.

That by itself would be enough to disqualify her and even if it didn't, it would be enough to stop her from naming certain law enforcement officers and judges for important positions, on account of a conflict of interest.

Ford did this for Nixon, with Fords blanket pardon Nixon could have become a serial killer with impunity. The American people wanted Nixons head on a pike not the healing nonsense that Ford suggested. The pardon likely cost Ford the election.

"Stupid uninformed voters"? Perhaps you should look at studies of Trump's voter base. It would seem that you have described many Trump voters, who hear his empty promises, but don't stop and consider that he has not told how he will accomplish his agenda.
Analysis of his economic plan establishes that it will help Trump, and the nonperforming job creators, adding another 5 Trillion dollars of tax cuts to the prior 14 Trillion the "job creators" have used to acquire 40% more wealth than they had before Reagan created his trickle down economic theory, with each GOP Admistration adopting this failed, Voodoo Economic theory doubling the Federal Debt during their administrations, culminating with the Bush II Great Recession. This would have been the Bush II Great Depression, but for massive spending by the Obama Admistration to slow it, and sucessfully convert it into the very nasty recession we, despite the help of the GOP block and stall program, have struggled through.
What party does not want to address the 25% of US Corporations that do not pay income taxes because of obsolete tax code provisons? Why is it ok that job creators, who have not created any jobs pay a tax rate less than secretaries earning less than 40K a year.
The reality is Trump, and the GOP could care a rats behind about the middle and working classes. All they want is your vote, and once they get it, you cease to exist, seeking next years campaing contributions from Corporate America exercising its "freedom of speech" by massive conributions to their chosen candidates who vote "the proper way."

Between Clinton and Trump, it is "Not Trump". No way, no how, not a chance. You will see most American are still not that gullible. Do your research on just who Trump supporters are, other than the ones in it for their own financial agenda. It is all on line for you to see, if you are curious enough.
