The government is in shutdown, and the first days of Obamacare are here. October first saw the opening of the healthcare exchange and the launch of the exchange website. After its launch, the website came crashing down. High traffic and severe technical problems have brought the website to a standstill. This has made the unpopular law even more unpopular and has effected President Obamas now all-time low approval rating, which is now at 37%. With the public now focusing on Obamacare and trying to find the merits among the many faults, we are going to go back and evaluate a couple of healthcare promises that the President made:

As comforting as this statement was when President Obama made it, he had no idea of the economics behind the scenes. Take a look at just a couple of companies like IBM and Time Warner. IBM is now dropping tens of thousands of Retirees from their health insurance plan, and telling them to find another provider of insurance.
Companies are now beginning to cut the hours of their employees in order to avoid the 30 hour full-time threshold. For larger companies, once the 30 hour work week is passed, they have to provide healthcare to their employees. Take a look at the fast food industry. Companies across the country are cutting employees hours to part-time in order to save on insurance costs.

If you want the answer to this question, ask people around you if their premiums have gone down. Across the country the exact opposite is happening. With the re-election of Barack Obama, the United States has officially become a banana republic. From a nation that produced patriots like Ronald Reagan and John Kennedy, we have knowingly selected the lowest common denominator as our commander in chief.
From China to Iran, the enemies of freedom can now breathe a collective sigh of relief as the citizens of the United States have placed an empty suit at the helm of state. To think the American people would select Barack Obama over a man like Mitt Romney is a national embarrassment that we will not soon overcome.

Latest Snowden revelations expose Obamas lies on NSA spy programs

Just hours after receiving a report from his hand-picked advisory panel on National Security Agency surveillance operations, President Barack Obama used his end of the year press conference Friday to deliver an Orwellian defense of unrestrained US spying both at home and abroad.
I have confidence that the NSA is not engaging in domestic surveillance and snooping around, Obama said, despite the cascade of revelations proving just the opposite. These revelations, including the latest from former NSA contractor Edward Snowden, have established that the agency is collecting and storing billions of files recording the phone calls, text messages, emails, Internet searches and even the daily movements of virtually ever US citizen, not to mention those of hundreds of millions of people abroad.
The United States is a country that abides by rule of law, that cares deeply about privacy, that cares deeply about civil liberties, he added. Who, at this late juncture, does the American president think hes fooling? One only has to read the ruling by a Washington, DC Federal District Court judgewhich was then stayed in the interest of national securityfinding the surveillance methods of the NSA to be almost Orwellian, and its activities unconstitutional, i.e., criminal.
On Snowden, without whose courageous actions the NSAs illegal activities would still be concealed from the public, Obama refused to address calls to grant him amnesty, insisting, falsely, that he has been indicted, and that his fate is in the hands of the US attorney general and the courts.
Nonetheless, he charged that Snowdens revelations had given a pretty distorted view of whats going on out there, by which he meant that they cut through Washingtons propaganda about the US representing a beacon of freedom and democracy, exposing the infrastructure of a police state at the heart of the government.
Declaring that the furor unleashed by Snowdens disclosures represented an important conversation we needed to have, Obama added, the way in which these disclosures happened have been damaging to the United States, damaging to our intelligence capabilities. And I think that there was a way for us to have this conversation without that damage.
What way that was the US president did not specify. Undoubtedly within the intelligence apparatus, the preferred method would have been to assassinate Snowden before he could leak a single document. The fact is that there would have been no conversation without the actions taken by Snowden, because neither the NSA, nor the president, nor the Congress was about to expose to the American people and the people of the world the massive conspiracy being mounted against their fundamental democratic rights.
On one question, Obama remained silent. The decision handed down by Judge Richard Leon in Washington on Monday referred to the utter lack of evidence that a terrorist attack has ever been prevented through the dragnet surveillance being carried out by the NSA. Similarly, the report issued by Obamas own advisory panel three days later concluded that the information contributed to terrorist investigations by the use of . . . telephony metadata was not essential to preventing attacks. In other words, the pretext provided repeatedly by Obama and US intelligence officialsthat the massive spying was required to keep the American people safewas a lie.
Asked point blank whether he could identify any specific examples in which the NSA spying program had contributed to the foiling of an act of terrorism, Obama failed to provide any.
Given that the sweeping domestic and international spying operation has not proved useful in this regard, the obvious question is what interests is it intended to serve?
One answer to this question was indicated in secret documents leaked by Snowden and reported on by the New York Times, the Guardian, and Der Spiegel on Friday, showing that among 1,000 targets of the NSA and its British partner, the General Communications Headquarters, were Joaquin Almunia, the European Unions competition commissioner and current European Commission vice president. Almunia was involved in pursuing charges of commercial and financial abuse against US corporations such as Google, Microsoft, the pharmaceutical conglomerate Johnson & Johnson and financial giants such as Citigroup and J.P. Morgan Chase.
Other targets included the French defense contractor Thales, the Paris-based energy giant Total, European telecom companies and the heads of oil and finance ministries. This is in line with earlier revelations of NSA spying on Brazils state-owned energy firm, Petrobras.
In the face of outraged denunciations of industrial espionage by the European Union and others, the NSA attempted to deny the obvious. We do not use our foreign intelligence capabilities to steal the trade secrets of foreign companies on behalf ofor give intelligence we collect toU.S. companies to enhance their international competitiveness or increase their bottom line, said an agency spokeswoman Friday.
She quickly added, however, that economic spying is essential to providing policy makers with the information they need to make informed decisions that are in the best interest of our national security. In other words, if the NSA doesnt directly pass intelligence to Citigroup, Google, Exxon Mobil and others, it is giving it to other government officials who do.
What emerges is a state intelligence apparatus of genuine totalitarian dimensions that acts as a direct partner of giant corporationsthat in turn willingly cooperate with the NSAs illegal operationswhile spying relentlessly on the masses of people.
Underlying this development is social structure that has turned increasingly aristocratic in character, with a narrow financial and corporate oligarchy having amassed an unprecedented share of the countrys wealth, while living in fear that the glaring levels of social inequality will spark a revolt from below. There exists within this ruling layer, and the Democratic and Republican parties that defend its interests, no constituency for democratic rights. Rather it strongly supports authoritarian methods to suppress growing opposition among working people.
Under the phony cover of the war on terrorand in the real context of endless war abroadthe US government under Obama has arrogated to itself vast powers to spy on the entire population, subject its perceived enemies to indefinite military detention and even summarily kill anyone, including US citizens, without due process.
The threat of police state dictatorship emerges more clearly with each passing day. The struggle against this threat is fundamentally a class question. The only social force that has a life-and-death interest in democratic rights is the working class, which historically has secured these rights through mass struggles.
Today these rights cannot be defended through the courts, the Democratic Party or any section of the government and its auxiliary agencies. Rather the working class must mobilize its own independent political strength, based upon a socialist program, to put an end to the capitalist profit system, the source of the drive to a police state. This means, above all, building the Socialist Equality Party.

Obama Order To Destroy Duck Dynasty Stunningly Revealed

A curious report written by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoF) circulating in the Kremlin today is describing what can only be termed as a Kafkaesque [having a nightmarishly complex, bizarre, or illogical quality] Plot instigated by United States President Barack Obama this past November to destroy an American reality television programme called the Duck Dynasty.
According to this report, on 21 November, Obama hosted a number of high profile liberal journalists to an off-the-record meeting in the White House where the subject of the American celebrity chef and cooking show television host Paula Deen was discussed, particularly the left-wing medias involvement in destroying her reputation and multi-million dollar business over alleged racial remarks she was said to have made and that surfaced in June 2013 during a US Court case that was ultimately dismissed in August 2013 proving her innocence.
Russian diplomats stationed in Washington D.C. quoted in this MoF report (who are regular visitors on what is loosely called the Georgetown Party Circuit) further report that during Obamas November meeting with these left wing media supporters he openly wondered if the same tactics used against Deen could also take down the Big Duck, a slang reference used by these media elites to denote the Duck Dynasty programme.
Important to note, this MoF report says, is that Obamas antipathy towards rural, Southern and Christian Americans has long been evidenced, including his comment about these peoples in April, 2008 when he stated, its not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy toward people who arent like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.
Obamas wholesale abandonment of Christians, this report continues, is not only against those in America, but also against the thousands of Christians being slaughtered in Syria by the Islamic rebels his regime supports and his left wing media apologists continue to ignore.
The main supporter behind Obamas instigated plot to destroy the Duck Dynasty programme, this report states, was Kevin Brockman, Executive Vice President of Global Communications for Disney/ABC Television Group, and who this past May (2013) was elected Chairman of the Board of GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network.
Though virtually unknown to the American people, this MoF report continues, Brockman is one of the most powerful left-wing media moguls in the US and has been described as Anne Sweeneys right-hand man.
Anne Sweeney, this report continues, is the most powerful women in US television history and as Co-Chair of Disney Media and President of the DisneyABC Television Group donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Obamas reelection campaign and jointly owns with the Hearst Corporation mass media group the A&E television network the Duck Dynasty programme appears on.
According to cocktail chatter overheard by Russian diplomats in Washington D.C. these past few weeks regarding Brockman, this report further states, this most powerful of television executives has made it his personal mission to destroy the Duck Dynasty programme due to his and Obamas belief that all objections to homosexuals and their lifestyles, and all references to Christianity must be obliterated from American mass media exposure and popular culture forever.
What has made the Duck Dynasty programme a target for the rabidly pro-homosexual Brockman and his anti-Christian agenda, MoF experts in this report say, were the rapidly rising numbers of Americans flocking to this basically wholesome Christian and family based television show that is currently averaging an incredible 14.6 million viewers (when including seven days of DVR playback) thus making it one of the top 6 TV programmes in all of the United States.
To the exact faux social uproar instigated by Brockman against the Duck Dynasty programme, this report says, involves comments made by this television families patriarch, Phil Robertson, simply stating the Christian religious belief that homosexuality is a sin; a common view that is shared by nearly half of all Americans, including those of the Jewish and Islamic faiths too.
As to how Brockman began his attack against the Duck Dynasty programme, this report says, was his approval to allow this interview of Phil Robertson to appear in a left-wing US publication, and which a close source to the family was quoted as saying about, You have to ask yourself, why this interview happened and why it became public.

According to cocktail chatter overheard by Russian diplomats in Washington D.C. these past few weeks regarding Brockman, this report further states, this most powerful of television executives has made it his personal mission to destroy the Duck Dynasty programme due to his and Obamas belief that all objections to homosexuals and their lifestyles, and all references to Christianity must be obliterated from American mass media exposure and popular culture forever.
What has made the Duck Dynasty programme a target for the rabidly pro-homosexual Brockman and his anti-Christian agenda, MoF experts in this report say, were the rapidly rising numbers of Americans flocking to this basically wholesome Christian and family based television show that is currently averaging an incredible 14.6 million viewers (when including seven days of DVR playback) thus making it one of the top 6 TV programmes in all of the United States.
To the exact faux social uproar instigated by Brockman against the Duck Dynasty programme, this report says, involves comments made by this television families patriarch, Phil Robertson, simply stating the Christian religious belief that homosexuality is a sin; a common view that is shared by nearly half of all Americans, including those of the Jewish and Islamic faiths too.
As to how Brockman began his attack against the Duck Dynasty programme, this report says, was his approval to allow this interview of Phil Robertson to appear in a left-wing US publication, and which a close source to the family was quoted as saying about, You have to ask yourself, why this interview happened and why it became public.

Its latest political retrofit is the most brazen: President Obama is partly suspending the individual mandate.
The White House argued at the Supreme Court that the insurance-purchase mandate was not only constitutional but essential to the law's success, while refusing Republican demands to delay or repeal it. But late on Thursday, with only four days to go before the December enrollment deadline, the Health and Human Services Department decreed that millions of Americans are suddenly exempt.
Individuals whose health plans were canceled will now automatically qualify for a "hardship exemption" from the mandate. If they can't or don't sign up for a new plan, they don't have to pay the tax. They can also get a special category of ObamaCare insurance designed for people under age 30.

But this week a group of six endangered Senate Democrats importuned HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to "clarify" that the victims of ObamaCare also qualify. An excerpt from their Wednesday letter, whose signatories include New Hampshire's Jeanne Shaheen and Virginia's Mark Warner, is nearby.
HHS and the Senators must have coordinated in advance because literally overnight HHS rushed out a bulletin noting that exemptions are available to those who "experienced financial or domestic circumstances, including an unexpected natural or human-caused event, such that he or she had a significant, unexpected increase in essential expenses that prevented him or her from obtaining coverage under a qualified health plan." A tornado destroys the neighborhood or ObamaCare blows up the individual insurance market, what's the difference?
The HHS ruling is that ObamaCare is precisely such a "significant, unexpected increase." In other words, it is an admission that rate shock is real and the mandates drive up costs well into hardship territory. HHS is agreeing with the Senators that exemptions should cover "an individual whose 2013 plan was canceled and considers their new premium unaffordable." In her reply letter, Mrs. Sebelius also observes that some people "are having difficulty finding an acceptable replacement." She means the new plans are overpriced.
The under-30 ObamaCare category that is being opened to everyone is called "catastrophic" coverage. These plans are still more expensive than those sold on the former market but they're about 20% cheaper on average than normal exchange plans because fewer mandates apply and they're priced for a healthier, younger risk pool. Liberal Democrats hated making even this concession when they wrote the law, so people who pick catastrophic plans don't get subsidies.

What an incredible political turnabout. Mr. Obama and HHS used to insist that the new plans are better and less expensive after subsidies than the old "substandard" insurance. Now they're conceding that at least some people should be free to choose less costly plans if they preferor no planand ObamaCare's all-you-can-eat benefits rules aren't necessary for quality health coverage after all.
But the White House is shredding ObamaCare's economics on its own terms. Premiums for catastrophic products are based on the assumption that enrollees would be under 30. A 55-year-old will now get a steep discount on care courtesy of the insurer's balance sheet, while other risk-tiers on the exchanges will have even fewer customers to make the actuarial math work.
Pulling the thread of the individual mandate also means that the whole scheme could unravel. Waiving ObamaCare rules for some citizens and continuing to squeeze the individual economic liberties of others by forcing them to buy what the White House now concedes is an unaffordable product is untenable. Mr. Obama is inviting a blanket hardship amnesty for everyone, which is what Republicans should demand.
The new political risk that the rules are liable to change at any moment will also be cycled into 2015 premiums. Expect another price spike late next summer. With ObamaCare looking like a loss-making book of business, a public declaration of penance by the insurance industry for helping to sell ObamaCare is long overdue.
The only political explanation for relaxing enforcement of the individual mandateeven at the risk of destabilizing ObamaCare in the long termis that the White House is panicked that the whole entitlement is endangered. The insurance terminations and rollout fiasco could leave more people uninsured in 2014 than in 2013. ObamaCare's unpopularity with the public could cost Democrats the Senate in 2014, and a GOP Congress in 2015 could compel the White House to reopen the law and make major changes.
Republicans ought to prepare for that eventuality with insurance reforms beyond the "repeal" slogan, but they can also take some vindication in Thursday's reversal. Mr. Obama's actions are as damning about ObamaCare as anything Senator Ted Cruz has said, and they implicitly confirm that the law is quarter-baked and harmful. Mr. Obama is doing through executive fiat what Republicans shut down the government to get him to do.

The President declared at his Friday press conference that the exemptions "don't go to the core of the law," but in fact they belong to his larger pattern of suspending the law on his own administrative whim. Earlier this month he ordered insurers to backdate policies to compensate for the federal exchange meltdown, and before that HHS declared that it would not enforce for a year the mandates responsible for policy cancellations. Mr. Obama's team has also by fiat abandoned the small-business exchanges, delayed the employer mandate and scaled back income verification.
"The basic structure of that law is working, despite all the problems," Mr. Obama added. His make-it-up-as-he-goes improvisation will continue, because the law is failing.

Our World: Kerry forces Israel's moment of decision

Facing the Palestinians' continued defiance of the very notion of
peaceful coexistence with Israel, Kerry is planning to present his own
peace deal next month and try to force Israel to accept it.
There was a ghoulish creepiness to US Secretary of State John Kerry's
visit to Israel last week. Here we were, beset by the greatest winter
storm in a hundred years. All roads to Jerusalem were sealed off. Tens
of thousands of Jerusalemites and residents of surrounding areas were
locked down in their houses, without power, heat, telephone service or
water.
And all of the sudden, out of nowhere, Kerry appeared. As Hamas-ruled
Gazans begged the supposedly hated IDF to come and save them from the
floods, and as Israel took over rescue operations for stranded
Palestinians living under the rule of the PLO 's gangster kleptocracy
in Judea and Samaria, here was Kerry, telling us that we'd better
accept the deal he plans to present us next month, or face the wrath
of the US and Europe, and suffer another Palestinian terror war.
What is going on? Why can't Kerry leave Prime Minister Binyamin
Netanyahu and the rest of the country alone, even for a week, in the
middle of a blizzard of biblical proportions? According to leaks from
the now five month old negotiations, after 20 rounds of talks, the
Palestinians have not budged from the positions they have held to for
the past 50 years. They do not accept Israel's right to exist. They do
not recognize the existence of the Jewish people. They do not believe
that the Jews have the right to freedom or self-determination. They
insist on taking control of our 3,000 year old capital. They demand
that we surrender our ability to defend ourselves from foreign
aggression and Palestinian attacks and infiltration from the east.
There is nothing new here, of course, This was the case 13 years ago
at the Camp David summit. This was the case during the Annapolis
summit in 2007 and 2008.
This was the case when PLO chief Mahmoud Abbas rejected then prime
minister Ehud Olmert's offer of peace in 2008.
Facing the Palestinians' continued defiance of the very notion of
peaceful coexistence with Israel, Kerry is planning to present his own
peace deal next month and try to force Israel to accept it. Although
the text of Kerry's deal has not yet been revealed, we know exactly
what it will involve just by listening to what he has already told us.
In his speech at the Saban Forum on December 7, Kerry said, "For many
years the broad contours of an eventual solution have been absolutely
clear, and they were crystallized for the world in December of 2000
when president Clinton laid down the parameters for a final-status
agreement. They were reaffirmed through the Annapolis process during
the Bush administration."
The Clinton parameters involved a near complete American embrace of
the PLO 's maximalist demands. The Annapolis guidelines went even
further in the PLO 's direction.
And now, Kerry intends to put forth his own parameters that will be
even more forthcoming to the PLO than either the Clinton or Bush
administrations were.
Like the Clinton and Bush plans, the Kerry parameters will involve
Israeli surrender of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount to the PLO , which
rejects the historical fact that two Jewish temples were built at the
site that was and remains the cradle of Jewish civilization and
history and holiest site to Judaism.
They will involve the mass expulsion of hundreds of thousands of Jews
from their homes in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria to make room for an
anti-Semitic, Jew-free state that maintains its devotion to the
destruction of the rump Jewish state.
Kerry's framework deal will involve the mass immigration of hundreds
of thousands of foreign-born Arabs, who have been living in al-Qaida-,
Hamas- and PLO -controlled UN-run "refugee camps," for the past four
generations.
Kerry's plan will require Israeli society to destroy its cohesion
through the dismemberment and destruction of hundreds of Jewish
communities. As occurred before the Gaza withdrawal, it will require
the government to oversee the demonization and criminalization of well
over three million law abiding, patriotic Israeli citizens who oppose
the mass expulsions.
Kerry's parameters will require Israel to surrender its ability to
defend itself against foreign aggression and Palestinian attacks. As
for the Palestinians, implementation of the Kerry parameters will
guarantee that all moderate elements in their society, including among
Israeli Arabs, will be overwhelmed and destroyed. The PLO state in
Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem, like the Hamas state in Gaza, will be
breeding grounds for global jihadists. They will actively incite,
organize and oversee an armed insurrection of the Arabs of the Galilee
and the Negev, meting out punishment for all dissenters.
As for the US forces that Kerry proposes deploying to the Jew-free PLO
state, they will be targeted by the Palestinians, just as the
Palestinians and the Syrians attacked US Marines in Beirut 30 years
ago. And like the Marines in Beirut, they will be withdrawn in
humiliation and defeat, but the lesson - that the Arabs perceive the
Americans and Jews as enemies of equal weight - will not be learned.
And, at any rate, unable to defend itself after agreeing to Kerry's
parameters, Israel will cease to be a strategic ally and be
transformed into a strategic basket case. Its destruction will
interest Kerry and his supporters just as much as the destruction of
South Vietnam interested them in 1975.
Aside from being a more anti-Israel version of the Clinton parameters
and Bush's framework, Kerry's parameters, and framework deal, have one
other unique and particularly dangerous feature. Until now, US peace
plans followed former prime minister Ehud Barak's dictum that "nothing
is agreed to until everything is agreed to."
That is, no hypothetical Israeli concession on Jerusalem, for
instance, will be binding unless a final deal is concluded.
Kerry indicated at the Saban Forum that his goal is to coerce Israel
into making irrevocable concessions up front, before the Palestinians
agree to peaceful coexistence.
As he put it, "A basic framework will have to address all the core
issues - borders, security, refugees, Jerusalem, mutual recognition,
and an end of claims. And it will have to establish agreed guidelines
for subsequent negotiations that will fill out the details in a
full-on peace treaty."
For the past five and a half years, Netanyahu's strategy for dealing
with US President Barack Obama has been to try to survive him. He's
withstood Obama's constant demand for Israeli national suicide for
"peace" by giving the bare minimum of revocable concession possible to
keep Obama at bay.
But with Kerry poised to shove his lethal parameters down our throats,
parameters that will require Israel to irrevocably accept terms of
peace that will destroy the country, it is obvious that Netanyahu
needs to adopt a longer-term strategy. Our goal cannot be limited to
waiting out Obama. Our goal must be to extricate Israel from the
two-state trap.
Yes, Israel will pay a huge price for jumping ship. For 20 years,
non-leftist Israeli leaders have been trying to go along to get along
with the Left, and the Americans and their ever-escalating demands.
But Kerry's obsessive harping, and his insistence on pushing forward
with his disastrous framework deal forces our hand.
Either we pay a huge price now, or accept our destruction within five
to 15 years.

site that was and remains the cradle of Jewish civilization and
history and holiest site to Judaism.
They will involve the mass expulsion of hundreds of thousands of Jews
from their homes in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria to make room for an
anti-Semitic, Jew-free state that maintains its devotion to the
destruction of the rump Jewish state.
Kerry's framework deal will involve the mass immigration of hundreds
of thousands of foreign-born Arabs, who have been living in al-Qaida-,
Hamas- and PLO -controlled UN-run "refugee camps," for the past four
generations.
Kerry's plan will require Israeli society to destroy its cohesion
through the dismemberment and destruction of hundreds of Jewish
communities. As occurred before the Gaza withdrawal, it will require
the government to oversee the demonization and criminalization of well
over three million law abiding, patriotic Israeli citizens who oppose
the mass expulsions.
Kerry's parameters will require Israel to surrender its ability to
defend itself against foreign aggression and Palestinian attacks. As
for the Palestinians, implementation of the Kerry parameters will
guarantee that all moderate elements in their society, including among
Israeli Arabs, will be overwhelmed and destroyed. The PLO state in
Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem, like the Hamas state in Gaza, will be
breeding grounds for global jihadists. They will actively incite,
organize and oversee an armed insurrection of the Arabs of the Galilee
and the Negev, meting out punishment for all dissenters.
As for the US forces that Kerry proposes deploying to the Jew-free PLO
state, they will be targeted by the Palestinians, just as the
Palestinians and the Syrians attacked US Marines in Beirut 30 years
ago. And like the Marines in Beirut, they will be withdrawn in
humiliation and defeat, but the lesson - that the Arabs perceive the
Americans and Jews as enemies of equal weight - will not be learned.
And, at any rate, unable to defend itself after agreeing to Kerry's
parameters, Israel will cease to be a strategic ally and be
transformed into a strategic basket case. Its destruction will
interest Kerry and his supporters just as much as the destruction of
South Vietnam interested them in 1975.
Aside from being a more anti-Israel version of the Clinton parameters
and Bush's framework, Kerry's parameters, and framework deal, have one
other unique and particularly dangerous feature. Until now, US peace
plans followed former prime minister Ehud Barak's dictum that "nothing
is agreed to until everything is agreed to."
That is, no hypothetical Israeli concession on Jerusalem, for
instance, will be binding unless a final deal is concluded.
Kerry indicated at the Saban Forum that his goal is to coerce Israel
into making irrevocable concessions up front, before the Palestinians
agree to peaceful coexistence.
As he put it, "A basic framework will have to address all the core
issues - borders, security, refugees, Jerusalem, mutual recognition,
and an end of claims. And it will have to establish agreed guidelines
for subsequent negotiations that will fill out the details in a
full-on peace treaty."
For the past five and a half years, Netanyahu's strategy for dealing
with US President Barack Obama has been to try to survive him. He's
withstood Obama's constant demand for Israeli national suicide for
"peace" by giving the bare minimum of revocable concession possible to
keep Obama at bay.
But with Kerry poised to shove his lethal parameters down our throats,
parameters that will require Israel to irrevocably accept terms of
peace that will destroy the country, it is obvious that Netanyahu
needs to adopt a longer-term strategy. Our goal cannot be limited to
waiting out Obama. Our goal must be to extricate Israel from the
two-state trap.
Yes, Israel will pay a huge price for jumping ship. For 20 years,
non-leftist Israeli leaders have been trying to go along to get along
with the Left, and the Americans and their ever-escalating demands.
But Kerry's obsessive harping, and his insistence on pushing forward
with his disastrous framework deal forces our hand.
Either we pay a huge price now, or accept our destruction within five
to 15 years.

It has now been revealed that Phil Robertson will be returning to Duck Dynasty on January 15. A&E said they have no plans to fire the star.

It appears as though the war on Phil Robertson and his freedoms of free speech and religions arent quite so savage. Although A&E declared they were suspending the star indefinitely, it was apparently only a façade for the gay community as sources say they still intend to air episodes featuring Robertson .
The Duck Dynasty star came under fire after expressing his beliefs about homosexuality and how it conflicts his religion. In an interview with GQ magazine, he started off by saying, Dont be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers they wont inherit the kingdom of God. Dont deceive yourself. Its not right.
He went even further into explanation when he said, It seems like, to me, a vagina as a man would be more desirable than a mans anus. Afterwards, he even went so far as to compare homosexuality to bestiality and terrorism, a point which made a select portion of the public outraged.

CNN is trying to spin a survey showing record disapproval of Congress. The CNN/ORC International poll released today indicates two-third of respondents believe the current Congress is the worst in their lifetime. 73%, according to CNN, say Congress has so far done nothing to address the countrys problems, with one in four disagreeing.
CNN breaks the poll down along establishment political lines. Negative attitudes extend to both sides of the aisle: 52% believe that the policies of the Democratic leaders in Congress would move the country in the wrong direction; 54% say the same about the policies of congressional Republicans, CNN Polling Director Keating Holland said.
54% disagree with the policies of the Obama administration.
In order for the nation to move forward, CNN reports, Congress must agree on legislation and pass more laws.
Even though it did pass a budget agreement, fewer than 60 bills have been signed into law during the first year of the two-year long 113th Congress, according to CNN analysis and by other news organizations as well. Assuming lawmakers dont pick up the pace next year, and thats a safe bet as 2014 is an election year, this will become the least productive Congress in at least the last four decades, explains the CNN Political Unit.

In July, an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll indicated 83 percent of Americans disapprove of Congress job, which is an all-time high in the survey. Increasingly, Americans are looking beyond the establishment branded two party political system. A poll conducted in October by the Public Religion Research Institute shows nearly one-quarter of Americans qualify as libertarians or lean toward a libertarian political philosophy, according to the Washington Post. Most libertarians, the survey revealed, do not consider themselves as members of the tea party.
The poll is tempered by numbers in the other direction. The Washington Post posted an infographic alongside the article showing strong support for communalist political philosophies.
Communalism, or communism lite, is regarded as the political opposite of libertarianism.
