TO HILLARY, SOME ARE 'EQUALER' THAN OTHERS

Burt Prelutsky Shares 64-Word Poem Explaining Destructive Communism

World Net Daily ~ Oct 10, 2016

Although I’m not religious, I believe it is essential that we all believe that the Judeo-Christian God is real. Otherwise, there can be no such thing as divine justice. That would mean that the two Adolf's – Hitler and Eichmann – experienced the exact same ultimate fates as their millions of innocent victims.

Also, it would mean that Albert Einstein, St. Augustine, Thomas Aquinas, G.K. Chesterton, John Locke, C.S. Lewis and Maimonides were all misguided, and that Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Saddam Hussein and Charles Manson weren’t. Unlike those poor fools whose religion is Atheism, I refuse to accept that Albert Schweitzer was wrong and that Bill Maher is right.

That doesn’t mean that when you look around at what’s taking place in the world you wouldn’t have reason to wonder if God, although definitely not dead, might be laid up in bed with a bad case of the flu.

While one court after another is declaring that photo IDs infringe on people’s right to vote, we have left-wing governors Terry McAuliffe of Virginia and Jerry Brown of California passing legislation granting criminals, including those still in jail, the right to help elect the next president.

As screwy as that is, at least the felons would be able to supply those pesky photo IDs in the form of their mug shots.

Although 80 percent of Americans are absolutely convinced that this nation is headed in the wrong direction, at least half of them are determined to elect the woman who has vowed to continue down the same tracks, only faster.

Speaking of which, I hear from parents who are deeply concerned about the trillions in national debt they are bequeathing to their offspring. That used to concern me, too, but that was before 70 percent of them voted for Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. This year, these young lunkheads got behind Bernie Sanders, but will now settle for Hillary Clinton simply because she has promised to erase their college debts, even though that, along with her other free-spending policies, will further cripple the economy.

In case you happened to miss the news, the New York Times claims that Donald Trump has avoided paying federal income taxes for much of his adult life. I only wish I could say the same.

However, I don’t think it proves, as Trump suggested during the first debate, that he’s smart. After all, Al Capone didn’t pay his taxes, either. But at least, unlike Capone, Trump was smart enough to hire accountants to keep it legal. Also, inasmuch as nearly half of his fellow Americans don’t pay income taxes, Democrats better make sure they don’t label it immoral, lest their base decide they’re being insulted.

All along, I have admitted my two best reasons for supporting Trump are, one, that he has vowed to replace Antonin Scalia with a conservative justice; and, two, that he isn’t Hillary Clinton. Now I have a third. It seems that Ruth Bader Ginsburg has promised to finally retire from the Supreme Court if Trump is elected! That, alone, should give pause to even the most fervent of Never-Trumpers.

I mean, really, if that’s not enough to persuade the likes of George Will, Mark Kirk and John Kasich to get behind Trump it simply means that their so-called principles amount to nothing more than personal pique.

Although Donald Trump doesn’t come close to being my ideal candidate, I have to admit that the intense hatred he invokes leaves me totally mystified. Whatever you may think of him, Trump isn’t a serial killer, a pedophile or a jihadist, but a New York Times columnist named Charles Blow felt free to declare that “If you support Trump, you are on some level supporting bigotry and racism.”

Wouldn’t that be truer of a presidential candidate who supports Black Lives Matter and the NAACP and who openly seeks the support of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Rep. Xavier Becerra, D-Calif., Univision anchor Jorge Ramos and the Obamas?

The Chicago Tribune wondered “How can a decent human being support Donald Trump?” But Obama’s favorite hometown newspaper didn’t think to question how a decent human being could lie to the loved ones of the four Americans massacred in Benghazi in order to help Barack Obama maintain the fiction that he’d eradicated al-Qaida, and who could then jeopardize America’s security by using a private server simply to conceal the criminal activities of the Clinton Foundation.

Hillary Clinton, herself, described millions of law-abiding, taxpaying, patriotic Americans as deplorable and irredeemable, but is proud to be supported by millions of people whose concern for this nation’s future extends no further than their desire to have others foot the bill for their food, clothing, housing, education and, of course, abortions.

As vile as I consider Islam, I find that I have more in common with Muslim terrorists than I have with liberals. That’s because whereas liberals want to roll out the red carpet for thousands of potential assassins, what jihadists, themselves, crave is to die for Allah, which also happens to be what I wish for them.

My sole subscriber in Ukraine is a Christian missionary named Roger Kovacs.

The other day, he sent me a satirical ditty titled “Why I Am a Socialist.” In 64 words, he manages to boil George Orwell’s “Animal Farm” down to its essence.

You see
That he
Has more
Than thee.

So follow me
And I shall see
That he must give
His wealth to thee.

But there must be
A little fee.
Each buck for you
Means three for me.

My work’s not free.
It costs, you see
A lot to make
Equality.

We’re equal, see?
Both thee and me.
But I’m much equaler
Than thee.

Kovaciny, who moved to Russia, shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union, saw for himself how the system worked. “They squeeze everyone else down into the working class until they are the political 1 percent and the entire economy passes through their hands. They levy an income tax, sometimes as high as 98 percent, and then redistribute whatever they want the workers to have. As Trotsky said, ‘He who has wealth to redistribute will surely not forget about himself.'”

It is the sort of society in which freedom is scarce and toilet paper is even scarcer.

And that, my friends, is the America that Obama, the Clintons, Joe Biden, Tim Kaine, Warren Buffet, Mark Cuban, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi envision – an America where everyone, regardless of race, religion, nation of origin or sexual proclivity, is equal, but some, a select few, just happen to be equaler.

ELECTION 2016

THE DONALD LIVES!

Pat Buchanan: Trump Had 'Perhaps The Most Effective Performance' In Debate History

World Net Daily ~ Oct 10, 2016

Donald Trump turned in perhaps the most effective performance in the history of presidential debates on Sunday night.

As the day began, he had been denounced by his wife, Mike Pence and his own staff for a tape of crude and lewd remarks in a decade-old “locker room” conversation on a bus with Billy Bush of “Access Hollywood.”

Tasting blood, the media were in a feeding frenzy. Trump is dropping out! Pence is bolting the ticket! Republican elites are about to disown and abandon the Republican nominee!

Sometime this weekend, Trump made a decision: If he is going down to defeat, he will go out as Trump, not some sniveling penitent begging forgiveness from hypocrites who fear and loathe him.

His first move was to host a press availability, before the debate, where a small sampling of Bill Clinton’s alleged victims – Kathleen Willey, Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick – made brief statements endorsing Trump and denouncing the misogyny of the Clintons.

“Mr. Trump may have said some bad words, but Bill Clinton raped me,” said Broaddrick, “and Hillary Clinton threatened me.”

The press had to cover it. Then the women marched into the auditorium at Washington University to watch Hillary Clinton defend her behavior toward them after their encounters with Bill.

As the moderators and Hillary Clinton scrambled to refocus on Trump’s comments of a decade ago, Trump brought it back to Bill’s criminal misconduct against women, his lying about it, and Hillary’s aiding and abetting of the First Predator.

It was like a tawdry courtroom drama in an X-rated movie, a new low in presidential debates. But what it revealed is that if Trump is going down, his enemies will carry away their own permanent scars.

As Caesar said of Cassius, “Such men are dangerous.”

Hillary Clinton has never been hammered as she was Sunday night, and it showed. Knocked off her game, she was no longer the prim and poised debater of Hofstra University.

There were other signs that, win or lose, Trump intends to finish the campaign as he began, as a populist-nationalist and unapologetic adversary of open borders, globalization and neo-imperialism.

When moderators Martha Raddatz and Anderson Cooper revealed their bias by asking Trump tougher questions and more follow-ups, and interrupting him more rudely and often, he called them out.

“It’s one on three!” said Trump. And it sure looked like it.

How could the moderators have ignored that other leak of last week, of Clintons’s speech to Brazilian bankers where she confessed she “dreams” of a “hemispheric common market with open trade and open borders.”

If the quote is accurate, and Clinton has not denied it, she was saying she dreams of a future when the United States ceases to exist as a separate, sovereign and independent nation.

She envisions not just a North American Union evolving out of NAFTA but a merger of all the nations of North, South and Central America, with all borders erased and people moving freely from one place to another within a hemispheric super-state.

If this quote is accurate, Clinton is working toward an end to the independence for which our Founding Fathers fought the American Revolution.

After all, Thomas Jefferson did not write some declaration of diversity in 1776, but a Declaration of Independence for a new, unique and separate people.

Clinton dreams of doing away with what American patriots cherish most.

When the issue of Syria arose, Clinton said she favors a “no-fly zone.” Unanswered, indeed unasked by the moderators, was whether she would order the shooting down of Syrian or Russian planes that violate the zone.

Yet, what she is suggesting are acts of war against Syria, and Russia if necessary, though Congress has never authorized a war on Syria, and Syria has not attacked us.

Trump did not hesitate to overrule the suggestion of Mike Pence that we follow Clinton’s formula. He believes ISIS is our enemy, and if Syria, Russia and Iran are attacking ISIS, we ought not to be fighting them.

As of sunrise Sunday, the media were writing Trump off as dead.

By Sunday night, they were as shocked and stunned as Hillary and Bill.

What did Trump accomplish in 18 hours?

He rattled Hillary Clinton, firmed up and rallied his base, halted the stampede of the cut-and-run Republicans, and exposed the hypocrisy of liberal and secular celebrants of the ’60s “sexual revolution,” who have suddenly gotten religion where Trump is involved.

Trump exposed the fraudulence of the Clintons’ clucking concern for sexually abused women, brought Pence back into camp, turned the tables and changed the subject from the Trump tapes to the Trump triumph at Washington University.

Upshot: The Donald is alive.

While his path to 270 electoral votes still looks more than problematic, there is a month to go before the election, and anything can happen.

Indeed, it already has – many times.

The thing of it is that Hillary has nothing at all to recommend her as a president. Not even democrats can give a valid reason for backing her, yet they do....

She is a democrat and that is all that it takes as democrats are fiercely loyal and they are like a pack of thieves as they will all support each other no matter what. Each one has the others back and they put on a show for the people or as they call them the useless idiots. The republicans on the other hand act like ravenous dogs as they attack one another even to the point of destruction and then they wonder why they are so ineffective. If they were to work as a team they could really accomplish things and have the people eating out of their hand.

You are totally correct. The behavior of the R party this cycle is inexcusable. Join together, and if you cannot CHANGE your party affiliation those out there who seem to have a problem.
