BREAKING: Ralph Reed Shocks Media With Huge Trump Announcement After Leaked Audio

After an audio tape of Donald Trump speaking in a vulgar manner about women and claiming to have tried to seduce a married woman surfaced on Friday afternoon, one of the people you would least expect to stand behind the GOP nominee might be Christian Coalition founder Ralph Reed.

Reed, now with the Faith and Freedom Coalition, managed to shock the media with his decision to stand behind the Republican nominee, telling CNN’s Ashley Killough that he thought the tape was distracting from the real issues that Christian voters care about.

“I’ve listened to the tape, my view is that people of faith are voting for president on issues like who will defend and protect unborn life, defund Planned Parenthood, grow the economy and create jobs, and oppose the Iran nuclear deal,” Reed said in a statement.

“I think a 10-year-old tape of a private conversation with (a) TV talk show host ranks pretty low on their hierarchy of their concerns.”

Just spoke to Faith and Freedom Coalition Chairman Ralph Reed, who sits on Trump’s religious advisory board, about the WaPo story.

According to Fox News, Trump issued a video late Friday saying that the comments “don’t reflect who I am. I said it, I was wrong, and I apologize.”

“I’ve said some foolish things, but there’s a big difference between the words and actions of other people,” Trump continued. “Bill Clinton has actually abused women … We will discuss this more in the coming days.”

However, that wasn’t enough for many Republicans, who asked him to step aside. Most notable among these was Sen. Mike Lee, a man on Trump’s shortlist of people he would consider appointing to the Supreme Court.

Lee said that Trump’s attitude toward women had become a “distraction” and that it was “time for him to step aside so we can focus on the winning ideas that will carry Republicans through to a victory in November.”

Surprisingly, though, he still has the support of Ralph Reed, one of the top evangelicals in America. That says a great deal — and it could be a sign that Trump can come back from this.

Then our elected parasites acted in criminal complicity to empower and enable the abuses of the undoubtedly WORST Administration by any Constitutional Standard in our entire history. So, Those who are planning to abandon Trump should remember this: You think it will be business as usual. YOU are wrong. Regardless of the outcome of this election: YOU will be held responsible and accountable for abandoning Trump. YOU will be targeted for ruin in the elections based on YOUR voting records and YOU will be removed period. We are sick of being second class or worse Citizens in our own Damned Country and it will be made to stop one way or another and either you WILL perform your assigned duties constitutionally or YOU will lose the positions that provide them to you. As it is, we will make sure the far SUPERIOR lifetime benefits to you parasites, which you get for serving as little as a single term WILL be in effect only as long as you are in office which WILL eventually be term limited! Enough is enough and America should be for Americans so, should immigration continue, it will be adequately screened as it has not been since Ellis Island was closed in the fifties! Children today are not taught; they are indoctrinated and our Public educational system has more in common with the Hitler Youth and the Young Pioneers of the Former Soviet Union than with the open classroom discussions uncensored when I was a child in the elementary schools when I was a first grader in 1950. I subsequently finished High School, went to college, acquired a degree in Government and enlisted to fulfill a then CITIZENSHIP OBLIGATION under Selective Service to serve if called upon to do so: this at a time when it was all the rage to burn draft cards and bras depending on gender about which there was NO CONFUSION at the time. Good thing I chose to enlist as I was 8 months through my tour with the 199th Light Infantry Brigade as personal assistant and protection for Medal Of Honor awardee Chaplain Charles Angelo Liteky, (and received a draft notice from my local Draft Board about 3 months before tour's end,) who will be 86 on Valentine's Day next; at which time I will turn 72! That was irony enough but I was assigned to Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. for my last 18 months and have been less than impressed with our government and its stupidity ever since, as I dealt with both Combat Multiple Traumatic Amputees on the 30 Wards and moronic Congress cretins across the hall who received preferential treatment BECAUSE they were Congress cretins! It made me disgusted, then. Today, it makes me physically ill.I will support Trump to the bitter end as we had better get a REAL AMERICAN in office for a change because I question the integrity, truth and performance of MOST OF THE CONGRESS who violate their oaths of office, lie cheat and steal and mandate things like Obamacare on us while excluding themselves which in itself is a constitutional violation. period.
