He said a long time ago that our wages are too high to be competitive. The Chinese work for about three dollars an hour. If we work for two fifty an hour we can bring jobs back to this country. Maybe for the next hotel he can find goods made in American. Let's see, 2.5 x 16 = $40 multiply that by 7 and you are $280 a week. Multiply that by 52 and you are at $14,560. Hell, that's enough to live on don't you think? And when we roll back environmental regulations you can suck in lots of smoke from all the coal being burned and you can drink that shit they call water that's been poisoned by all the fracking going on--we will wish for the good ole days when our water was just poisoned with lead. Make America Great Again! Everyone will be in poverty (but employment will be sky high) and quality of life for 90% of the people will be nonexistent. Can't wait. The sad thing is all the old farts who voted for Trump will be the first to die so you will never live long enough to see the total of the damage you've done. And didn't you know that the best was to create jobs in American was to start buying American products? Trump is supposed to be the one to bring us out of the downturn but if he won't even buy American products so why would he expect anyone else to follow suit? Leaders lead Stevie. That's how you create jobs Stevie by patronizing American companies--if he has to charge a little more he is catering to the wealthiest Americans so certainly they wouldn't mind paying a little more for a hotel room built by an American company, that has American employees, and patronizes other American companies. What would that be--maybe $5 or $10 a night? Hell, the wealthy wouldn't know it had been added to their bills. No, there is a difference between a good businessman and a cheap son of a bitch. Trump is the latter. He doesn't care about American or the American worker. If he did he would pay his subcontractors so they could pay their employees. Instead he shafts them every chance he gets and to rub salt in the wound he can't even buy his goods manufactured in the good ole US of A! How do you think hes going to create jobs when he insists on buying cheap crap from other countries?

And the only reason he hasn't pilfered the WH is because he has hasn't been given the chance yet. You can bet that anything that isn't nailed down will wind up in his penthouse before this is over. We all need to look at just how big of carrot will it take to get each of Us to buy into what they are trying yo sell us on the idea of taking back our country.

All I see is that the carrots are getting smaller & most of them already have been chewed on by some one else. That is known as the trickle down theory of economics.

If you are lucky enough your carrot may not have a bite out of it.

Just remember that the carrot will always be as small as they can get by with offering.

The leaves the carats they keep for them self getting larger.

The problem we now see is that there are just not enough carrots to trade to buy the things needed to keep the wheels of industry turning. (Supply side Economics)

The plan seems to be letting the few keep more of the wealth is the best way for Taking Back Our Country.

This begs asking who has our country & just who is taking it back. What is going to happen when the Country is Taken Back.

Oh, if he wanted to buy American he most certainly could. American made bedding's came up first in my search. And how do you think he is going to bring back business when he won't even support businesses that are already here? I mean, if you won't even buy something as small as bedding's why the hell would a manufacturer move a factory that he had paid millions to build and invest millions millions more to produce goods that Americans won't even buy? Remember, the most expensive part of a product is the labor to produce it. How can anyone be competitive when an American worker makes about $200 a day and some smuck in China only makes about $20? You can reduce taxes to zero, most businesses pay that anyway, and eliminate all regulations and it will still be cheaper to manufacture in China! And since we've already set the example that a few penny's will make us turn up our noses on American made goods why risk millions when people aren't going to buy the product anyway? Does it make any sense? The only way to be competitive with a third world country is to emulate what they do to make their costs so low. That mean's along with everything else--American wages have to go!

Isn't that ironic, the only way to compete with a communist country is to emulate their business model! So if it made them a third world country what do you think copying their business model is going to do to us? You were so worried that Obama was going to turn us into a communist country and that's exactly what Trump has to do to make us competitive.

Trump's hotel is suppose to represent the best of the best. By buying American goods and services he shows that he think's our country produces the best linens in the world. How can he make America great again if he won't even buy his goods and services here, not to mention the foreign labor he imports to build many of his projects! When you fill your hotel full of the cheapest shit produced anywhere but here what does that say about you and how you really think about our country? At worst you are talking about a few hundred thousand that has a very slow turnover before it needs to be replaced. And at best it would show that you think American goods are worth buying, and hell, if Trump can buy American, maybe other businesses in this country will follow suit! Wouldn't that be something--to be able to walk into a store and buy a quality American made product that was produced by a quality American made job! That's how you make America great again--not by turning us into a third world country...
