The thing that bothers me most is that money is appropriated by the Congress and then ratholed by the Executive branch so it can be spent any way they want to spend it. So many times this happens and the Congress keeps on appropriating and not over seeing the expenditure.

They should have just called me. I know several lesbian couples. Those people get naked together requiring an extreme amount of alcohol. Don't get me wrong, they are all nice people, but kinda hard to look at. Just sayin...

Do these lesbians have any desire to begin farming? Yeah, the USDA is putting forth the proposal to fund lesbian farmers. Get those girls away from the latex and leather and sex toys and send them out into the fields with the corn and wheat and cotton, let them get some calluses on their hands and a bit of a tan.
