Kaepernick played well enough to continue playing for the 49er's. Seems Coach Kelly had an Offensive plan that had Kaepernick dumping the ball off for quick, short passes not holding onto the ball long enough for Kaepernick to get in trouble. It works fine as long as Kaepernick keeps completing passes. I would be surprised if Gabbert is not the starting quarterback with Kaepernick backing him up.

Kaepernick will not be punished for disrespecting anything to do with American traditions because the left controls what public figures get punished for. He could burn the Flag, defecate on the Constitution, urinate on the Bible, and moon the Star Spangled Banner, and he would be praised for his courage and independent thought.
