Will Arpaio go to jail?
You're not going to believe this. And you may have to read this email a second time to allow it all to sink in.

A federal judge has just recommended the US Attorney's Office investigate me for possible criminal contempt. The judge made this decision just 10 days before my primary election!

I never would have imagined I'd be writing you such an email. Let me explain what is going on:

This decision by this judge stems from a "racial profiling" case brought against me by the ultra-liberal American Civil Liberties Union - or better known as the ACLU. You know them. They're the far-left group that makes a living off suing police departments for financial gain. They're also the ones who defend child molesters, cop killers and known terrorists…
This all started when Attorney General Eric Holder started an investigation on me right after Obama took office. The ACLU and the Obama's Justice Department have sued me repeatedly in court because of my unwavering position against illegal immigration, Obama's executive orders on amnesty and having an unsecured border where criminals and drugs flow across freely.

I was faced with a tough re-election battle before, but now the stakes just got higher. . . WAY HIGHER. In addition to campaigning for re-election I'm now going to have to fight tooth and nail against this court action.
Barack Obama, his Justice Department and their far-left allies like the ACLU would love nothing better than to see me convicted of a crime.

But I want to be clear: I have not been found guilty of anything. And to be even more clear: I am running for re-election for Sheriff.

Nothing - I repeat, nothing - will stop me from doing the job I was elected to do. And I will not be intimidated by anyone who seeks to silence me from speaking out against our federal government's failure to secure our border or enforce our immigration laws....

No, he will not go to jail and he has a real good chance of being reelected. Regardless of what you see on TV, he earned the respect of Arizonians.... to include the vast majority of the Hispanic community. The way I see it, the US in store for major shift in policy..... and when Mr. Trump is sworn in, it is my hope he will hit the ground running. But, that was off subject... sorry.

Political prosecutions are nothing new.

They're common in banana republic worldwide.

Thank you for standing up or our country, even at great personal cost to yourself.Too bad our President isn't also dedicated to the United States of America. Know that there are millions of Americans who love this nation, are grateful for your stance, and are praying for you daiky. I'd vote for you, but I'm not a citizen of Arizona, and I won't try to illegally vote. THANK YOU JOE!! GOD BLESS AMERICA and GOD BLESS YOU!

Of course Sheriff Joke is going to jail, the only real question is it going to be a misdemeanor charge or a felony. What does he expect when he thumbs his nose at the order of a federal judge? Even Sheriff Joke is not above the law.

He's accused of keeping Americans safe against Obama policy. How many years do you think he should he get if found guilty?

That is a brilliant statement! Unfortunately, the vast majority of illegal aliens coming across our southern border are Hispanics who originate all over South America. It is a little difficult, to stop racial profiling, when only one race is crossing the border. Perhaps you can hire some Nordic types, some Poles, Chinese, Indians and Africans, to infiltrate the US from Mexico. If a sufficient number of them enter the US illegally, Arpaio will have a mix of races to pursue and can stop profiling.

This is not about "hating the country." It is about obeying the law, including the Constitution, and obeying the orders of a judge. In your twisted fantasy world, you would only do these things if your prejudices agreed with whatever section of these were in question. The law holds for all of us. If we don't like the law, we vote in a way that can change it. We don't just brazenly ignore the law and the orders of a judge and expect nothing serious to happen.

Well...if it's trial by a jury of his peers do you honestly think he'll be found guilty of a "crime" and go to jail? Remember now...I posted "honestly"...like in none of your BS!
