Criminality is a pretty broad term, but let's assume it means the breaking of any law.


If I were in New York's Wall Street, I would have to say white.
If I were in Watts in Los Angeles I would have to say black.
If I were in Tokyo's Ginza District I would have to say Asian.
If I were on Albuquerque I would have to say Native American.

Paul, no matter where you are, the black is more likely to be the criminal. At least in regards to violent crime. US Department of Justice Stats prove this year after year. Depending on the year, as there is some variance, blacks are statistically anywhere from seven to nine times more likely to commit a violent crime than whites, and even more likely than that when compared to Asians.
In all fairness, these crime rates reflect black males 15-35 years of age. Black males above this age are about the same as whites. Black males of any age in a rural setting are far less likely to commit crimes than those who live in urban areas.

I was born & raised in New York City and worked right around the corner (literally from Wall Street) & I can tell you you're far more likely to get mugged when the person is black than when he's white or Asian or Native American anywhere in that city. And I can also tell you, Native Americans are very docile.
